Homesafe Glazing and Locks are a local run business, based in Kingston Upon Thames, with over 25 years’ experience within the home improvement industry, providing a professional and friendly service to customers in Surrey, London and some areas of the South East.

We take extreme pride in providing an individual and personal service, have a great reputation within the local area and come highly recommended by our customers, both new and old. The majority of our work comes from ‘word of mouth’, one of the many reasons for this, is due to our high standard of workmanship and our customer care. We will always give honest advice and aim to provide the best product and services to meet your needs.

Unlike other home improvement companies, we survey for free - this means an experienced surveyor or engineer will visit with no call out charges. Carrying out a survey allows us to give you an accurate quote, so there are no nasty surprises. It also ensures our work is carried out to the highest possible standards.

I was given a detailed estimate of the work by Danny. The windows were replaced in a day by David and Mark who arrived on time and were helpful and curtious at all times and cleared up well after they had finished. The work was completed to a high standard and to the quoted price and I am happy with the new windows. It was a good experience using Homesafe and If I needed any other windows replaced I would use them again.

I had Danny replace the kitchen and WC windows, he did an excellent neat job with good attention to detail. His pricing was very competitive and shall definitely use him and his company again. He was polite, did not use any pressure sales tactics and provided good advice.

Fitting bi-fold doors to a new kitchen extension. From ordering to installation took less than 14 days which is really impressive considering other suppliers were quoting at least 6 weeks. The team at Homesafe were brilliant throughout the whole process and were very helpful when deciding which door and accessories to choose. They worked closely with my builders to ensure exact measurements and fitting was on schedule. They carried out the fitting and cleaned up the work site. The doors look amazing. I have used Homesafe before to supply and fit a bespoke window and on both occasions I have been very satisfied. I would certainly recommend Homesafe.

I would thoroughly recommend this company. When I initially made contact with David, he was extremely helpful and answered all my queries quickly. David provided a reasonable quote and arranged an installation date very quickly. David arrived promptly and completed the installation swiftly without any problems or issues, and the area was left as they found it. My new front door looks lovely. I found David to be very knowledgeable, professional, polite and courteous and I would definitely use them again.

They were highly professional throughout from the quote process to completing the work, and they were efficient and tidy in everything they did. They kept me informed throughout the job and were very friendly. Their quality of work was 10 out of 10 and they clearly took care and pride in their work. I highly recommend Homesafe Glazing.

This is a very unusual company due to the high standard that is delivered and professionalism they give. David and Danny arrived exactly on the agreed time, there was no leaving for lunch or coffees which normally delays installation/work. Clean dust sheets were used, they vacuumed and even used a dust sheet for the patio area! I can not praise Homesafe enough and would recommend them 100%.

I highly recommend Homesafe Glazing, who replaced a shattered window in my bifolding doors this week. When I contacted them, they responded immediately, turned up when they said they would, initially to give me a quote and then a few days later to install the glass. They are not only efficient and responsive, but deliver great quality and value. They are knowledgable, honest, personable and did a great job, and I will definitely be using them again.
