Homesafe Glazing and Locks are a local run business, based in Kingston Upon Thames, with over 25 years’ experience within the home improvement industry, providing a professional and friendly service to customers in Surrey, London and some areas of the South East.
We take extreme pride in providing an individual and personal service, have a great reputation within the local area and come highly recommended by our customers, both new and old. The majority of our work comes from ‘word of mouth’, one of the many reasons for this, is due to our high standard of workmanship and our customer care. We will always give honest advice and aim to provide the best product and services to meet your needs.
Unlike other home improvement companies, we survey for free - this means an experienced surveyor or engineer will visit with no call out charges. Carrying out a survey allows us to give you an accurate quote, so there are no nasty surprises. It also ensures our work is carried out to the highest possible standards.

Needed to replace a wooden sash that was being rotted by heavy showering (we should've changed the window when we redesigned the bathroom!). After wasting time talking to the big name companies, we spoke with David at Homesafe. He was straight-talking which was much appreciated after the hard-sell and fast talk of the glazing salesmen and answered all my questions, even sending me a special sample finish. The job was completed efficiently with no mess or drama. They did a great job taking out the old sash without damaging the existing tiles (which had been huge worry as we had few spares) and the new window works beautifully and looks just as good as the wooden sash. We are completely pleased.

Danny came and quoted to replace 2x bathroom windows, patio doors, French windows and a bay window at the back of our house. The quote was reasonable ( & more realistic than quotes we’d had from a couple of the big name companies a few years ago) so we agreed the price and fixed a date. From our point of view everything went to plan, although I know our Edwardian house presented challenges to Danny & Dave. However, they dealt with everything and finished the work on time and to a high standard. We are very happy with the new windows & doors & only wish we had found Homesafe earlier. The FENSA inspector came to check on the quality of the work and he seemed very happy too.

We are very pleased with the new windows and porch. They vastly improve the look of the house both inside and out. The house also feels warmer than before. David was very professional and friendly throughout the whole process. The information and choices offered at the initial consultation were clear. The quote for the work was much more competitive than with the larger companies. The work was carried out on time and to a very high standard in what were very cold conditions. David and his partner were cheerful and professional throughout. I very much recommend this company.

Prompt, polite and helpful from the get-go he helped us make decisions and he liaised with our builders to ensure we’ve got the best finish for our project. They arrived on time, and were able to replace all the windows in a single morning - I had thought it might have taken longer. They were very tidy, and I’m very pleased with the results.

I have just had new windows fitted by Homesafe. It has been a great experience from the start. Danny came to give the quote and it was totally stress-free and unpressurised (unlike the bigger companies that I got quotes from). It was also significantly cheaper than other quotes for the same specification. They were very helpful and tolerant of some minor changes that I wanted to make to the specifications. The job was done on time and I'm very very pleased with the result. The guys were also very pleasant and friendly whilst they were here. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and to recommend them.

From the first visit to give to give me a quote, right through to installation and follow-up, Danny and the team at Homesafe Glazing have been excellent. Danny took the time to answer all my questions, responding quickly on email and explaining the installation details and things to consider, which gave me the confidence to know I’d selected the right company to install my aluminium windows. On the day of installation, Danny and Mark did a fantastic job and even took the time to help out on an issue I had with my bi-fold doors, which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this team as the quality of service and work was excellent!
