Homesafe Glazing and Locks are a local run business, based in Kingston Upon Thames, with over 25 years’ experience within the home improvement industry, providing a professional and friendly service to customers in Surrey, London and some areas of the South East.

We take extreme pride in providing an individual and personal service, have a great reputation within the local area and come highly recommended by our customers, both new and old. The majority of our work comes from ‘word of mouth’, one of the many reasons for this, is due to our high standard of workmanship and our customer care. We will always give honest advice and aim to provide the best product and services to meet your needs.

Unlike other home improvement companies, we survey for free - this means an experienced surveyor or engineer will visit with no call out charges. Carrying out a survey allows us to give you an accurate quote, so there are no nasty surprises. It also ensures our work is carried out to the highest possible standards.

David and his team did a very professional job replacing the doors and double-glazed windows. The communication was clear right from the initial engagement right through to completion. The team were very helpful from start to finish. The price was competitive. The job was completed on time. They worked hard, were friendly and very tidy. After the job was completed we had a small issue. This was dealt with very quickly. We are very pleased with the work. The windows and doors look great. Danny and his two co-workers installed 8 windows, including a 4-part bay window in two days. Their price was competitive and their workmanship thorough and committed. They were friendly, tidy and helpful. We would have no hesitation in using them again.

The price was competitive and there were no hidden add ons. They turned up on time, worked hard and conscientiously. Friendly, tidy and helpful. I contacted Homesafe recently to assess three double-glazed windows which appeared to have an issue with condensation. The recommendation was to replace the panes and the window locks, which was completely per the quote and within a great timeframe. I'd worked with Homesafe before, following a recommendation and was really pleased with the service from the point of the initial assessment through to the works being completed. Would highly recommend and would definitely use their services again.

From start to finish these guys were professional and a pleasure to work with. They replaced the bay window in my living room and a failed unit in another window. I could not have hoped for a better result. Their quote was competitive without being the cheapest but the small amount extra was well worth it. Happily recommend their work and their approach.

Danny and the team did a great job installing three double glazed sash windows. I found them reliable in terms of communication and punctuality. Friendly and efficient on the day.
