Homesafe Glazing and Locks are a local run business, based in Kingston Upon Thames, with over 25 years’ experience within the home improvement industry, providing a professional and friendly service to customers in Surrey, London and some areas of the South East.

We take extreme pride in providing an individual and personal service, have a great reputation within the local area and come highly recommended by our customers, both new and old. The majority of our work comes from ‘word of mouth’, one of the many reasons for this, is due to our high standard of workmanship and our customer care. We will always give honest advice and aim to provide the best product and services to meet your needs.

Unlike other home improvement companies, we survey for free - this means an experienced surveyor or engineer will visit with no call out charges. Carrying out a survey allows us to give you an accurate quote, so there are no nasty surprises. It also ensures our work is carried out to the highest possible standards.

We changed all the windows in our house. Danny and team did a great job, were very courteous, clean and quick with the the work. They even came back when some issues arose with supplier and immediately fixed. I definitely recommend them.

Excellent service provided. Quick efficient, extremely tidy. Two very pleasant young men, nothing was too much trouble. From quote to end of job all went smoothly. Would certainly use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs windows replacing.

Can't fault it. Care was taken to ensure that the design was exactly what I wanted and the specification was very clear when sent to me for approval. When the door had been made and was ready I was given a date and time for fitting. They arrived exactly on time. The old door was removed and taken away. The new door fitted exactly into the space and was very neatly installed. After installation, the area was cleaned, minor damage to the rendering under the door was repaired and all rubbish taken away.

I employed Homesafe to replace all the windows and a set of patio doors in my flat. I am very happy with the service they provided. Their communication and professionalism from when they came round to provide the quote, through to the completion of the job was first class. They were flexible as I needed one window replaced before the others and were quick, efficient and clean with the fittings. I would happily recommend them.

I replaced all my windows and had new french windows made to measure in a new extension. Homesafe not only provided exactly what I wanted, they were on time, they worked around the other contractors on site and they made literally no mess! Not so much as a scratch. Can't recommend highly enough.

This is the second time I have used Homesafe Glazing and on both occasions they have done a fantastic job. They replaced all of the very old aluminium windows in my flat with new pvc sash windows. The new windows have been fitted to an extremely high standard. All the work was completed on time and Danny went the extra mile when some of the old existing frames proved challenging to fit the new windows. He was really polite, efficient and ensured the flat was left neat and tidy. I would have no hestitation in recommending Homesafe Glazing.

David and Danny are an absolute pleasure to do business with and their craftsmanship and pride in what they do is second to none. Throughout the process David's communication was exceptional. We were amazed at how clean and tidy they left our house, and we got update emails each evening explaining what they did (including some photos of the work in progress). We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the windows and installation, and would highly recommend Homesafe to anyone. Thank you David and Danny.
