Homesafe Glazing and Locks are a local run business, based in Kingston Upon Thames, with over 25 years’ experience within the home improvement industry, providing a professional and friendly service to customers in Surrey, London and some areas of the South East.

We take extreme pride in providing an individual and personal service, have a great reputation within the local area and come highly recommended by our customers, both new and old. The majority of our work comes from ‘word of mouth’, one of the many reasons for this, is due to our high standard of workmanship and our customer care. We will always give honest advice and aim to provide the best product and services to meet your needs.

Unlike other home improvement companies, we survey for free - this means an experienced surveyor or engineer will visit with no call out charges. Carrying out a survey allows us to give you an accurate quote, so there are no nasty surprises. It also ensures our work is carried out to the highest possible standards.

Replacement Double Glazing Units

Homesafe replaced 3 ageing Double Glazing Units (not theirs) in different windows where the seals had gone and moisture and mould had got inside. The units were leaded and one was 'frosted'. The Units were replaced within a very short time and matched the remaining units perfectly. The work was expertly, efficiently, professionally and courteously undertaken and with the minimum fuss and bother. I have called on Homesafe before, in an emergency, and trust them completely. I am again delighted with the work they have done.

Was very pleased with the work carried out by Danny and Homesafe. Decent quote, quality materials and fitted when they said they would, despite pandemic restrictions. They cleaned up after well, and addressed a minor issue I had after without problem.

Danny and his team installed 6 windows and a back door. The work was done on time and within budget. Danny was extremely nice to deal with - very polite, eager to please and knowledgeable. There was no hard sell either. He followed up afterwards to ensure we were happy with everything before sending the bill. I would highly recommend Homesafe.

My house has 19 windows including two 3-part bay windows & a 5-part bay. David & colleagues replaced the lot with uPVC vertical sliding windows, plus the front door & french windows. The survey was thorough, measurements double checked. He was helpful about what would work best for my house. The schedule & quoted cost were met exactly. The work was done in 4½ days, thanks to David, Danny and Mark working so hard. They arrived promptly and early every day & worked until finishing what they set out to do. David told me what they were going to do each day, showed me what had been done & explained the plans for next day. They left the house clean & tidy at the end of each day. David, Danny & Mark were friendly & helpful, hard working & professional, altogether outstanding. The windows & doors are excellent for security, insulation & ease of use. The heat retention is amazing. I am so pleased & grateful that I found this company.

Work was carried out without any issue and to a very high standard. Areas were left clean and tidy, a sign of a company that takes pride in their work! Would highly recommend Homesafe to others. David was at all times friendly, courteous and professional, communicating all aspects of the installation well. Quote was very competitive and at no stage did I feel pressured or that I was being ripped off, unlike other quotes I received from some of the 'big name' installers. Overall extremely happy with Homesafe Glazing & Locks.

David surveyed and quoted for the work quickly and efficiently and worked well with me to complete the order. He and Danny fitted two bay windows, five other windows and a new front door. Very happy with all of the work and David was proactive in correcting what few problems arose with the delivered units. Always clean and tidy at the end of the day and even made some adjustments to existing doors that had been a minor irritation for years, free of charge while he was here.

They were highly professional throughout from the quote process to completing the work, and they were efficient and tidy in everything they did.
