Homesafe Glazing and Locks are a local run business, based in Kingston Upon Thames, with over 25 years’ experience within the home improvement industry, providing a professional and friendly service to customers in Surrey, London and some areas of the South East.
We take extreme pride in providing an individual and personal service, have a great reputation within the local area and come highly recommended by our customers, both new and old. The majority of our work comes from ‘word of mouth’, one of the many reasons for this, is due to our high standard of workmanship and our customer care. We will always give honest advice and aim to provide the best product and services to meet your needs.
Unlike other home improvement companies, we survey for free - this means an experienced surveyor or engineer will visit with no call out charges. Carrying out a survey allows us to give you an accurate quote, so there are no nasty surprises. It also ensures our work is carried out to the highest possible standards.

Homesafe replaced 3 ageing Double Glazing Units (not theirs) in different windows where the seals had gone and moisture and mould had got inside. The units were leaded and one was 'frosted'. The Units were replaced within a very short time and matched the remaining units perfectly. The work was expertly, efficiently, professionally and courteously undertaken and with the minimum fuss and bother. I have called on Homesafe before, in an emergency, and trust them completely. I am again delighted with the work they have done.

We had used Homesafe to install new windows in 2019 and when we wanted a new front door there was only one choice. David helped us go through the choice available and quickly sent through the quote. As before his communication before, during and after the installation is fantastic. David & Danny are utmost professionals and the work was done in half a day. I replaced all my windows and had new french windows made to measure in a new extension. Homesafe not only provided exactly what I wanted, they were on time, they worked around the other contractors on site and they made literally no mess! Not so much as a scratch. Can't recommend highly enough.

This is the second time I have used Homesafe Glazing and on both occasions they have done a fantastic job. They replaced all of the very old aluminium windows in my flat with new pvc sash windows. The new windows have been fitted to an extremely high standard. All the work was completed on time and Danny went the extra mile when some of the old existing frames proved challenging to fit the new windows. He was really polite, efficient and ensured the flat was left neat and tidy. I would have no hestitation in recommending Homesafe Glazing.

This is the third time we’ve used HomeSafe glazing and locks. In our previous property we had standard UPVC windows installed. This time around we wanted something different and asked for advice on what was available. David suggested flush finish windows from the “Timeless” range. We received the quote promptly and decided to go ahead. They arrived promptly on the first day of the installation, ensured all areas were well protected before getting on with the work; each room was cleaned at the end of each day to the point you wouldn’t have known they were there. We’re overjoyed with the windows, and feel lucky to have received such a great, personal service from David and Danny; clearly masters in their craft.

Danny and his team installed french doors with a cat flap. My house has 19 windows including two 3-part bay windows & a 5-part bay. David & colleagues replaced the lot with uPVC vertical sliding windows, plus the front door & french windows. The survey was thorough, measurements double checked. He was helpful about what would work best for my house. The schedule & quoted cost were met exactly. The work was done in 4½ days, thanks to David, Danny and Mark working so hard. They arrived promptly and early every day & worked until finishing what they set out to do. David told me what they were going to do each day, showed me what had been done & explained the plans for next day. They left the house clean & tidy at the end of each day. David, Danny & Mark were friendly & helpful, hard working & professional, altogether outstanding. The windows & doors are excellent for security, insulation & ease of use. The heat retention is amazing. I am so pleased & grateful that I found this company.
