Homesafe Glazing and Locks are a local run business, based in Kingston Upon Thames, with over 25 years’ experience within the home improvement industry, providing a professional and friendly service to customers in Surrey, London and some areas of the South East.
We take extreme pride in providing an individual and personal service, have a great reputation within the local area and come highly recommended by our customers, both new and old. The majority of our work comes from ‘word of mouth’, one of the many reasons for this, is due to our high standard of workmanship and our customer care. We will always give honest advice and aim to provide the best product and services to meet your needs.
Unlike other home improvement companies, we survey for free - this means an experienced surveyor or engineer will visit with no call out charges. Carrying out a survey allows us to give you an accurate quote, so there are no nasty surprises. It also ensures our work is carried out to the highest possible standards.

My house has 19 windows including two 3-part bay windows & a 5-part bay. David & colleagues replaced the lot with uPVC vertical sliding windows, plus the front door & french windows. The survey was thorough, measurements double checked. He was helpful about what would work best for my house. The schedule & quoted cost were met exactly. The work was done in 4½ days, thanks to David, Danny and Mark working so hard. They arrived promptly and early every day & worked until finishing what they set out to do. David told me what they were going to do each day, showed me what had been done & explained the plans for next day. They left the house clean & tidy at the end of each day. David, Danny & Mark were friendly & helpful, hard working & professional, altogether outstanding. The windows & doors are excellent for security, insulation & ease of use. The heat retention is amazing. I am so pleased & grateful that I found this company.

Would absolutely recommend Homesafe for window installation. There was a good turnaround from quote to installation and on the day Danny and his team were prompt, very respectful of my flat and fit all four windows all before lunch! They pretty much left my flat tidier than when they arrived and took lots of care of my flat and furniture. The windows were installed carefully and look amazing. I’ve had various other tradespeople carrying out work and they’ve all commented on how great the windows look. Couldn’t recommend the team more highly.

Homesafe Glazing fitted four new windows to our property. The lead time was quicker than initially discussed and much quicker than discussed with a different local firm. The cost was exactly as detailed in the quote. The three guys who came to fit the windows were really nice people, who I didn't mind having in my house. Initially Danny was a bit reserved when he came to survey for the work but he was fine after that with great email and phone communication. We are very pleased with the windows.

I can highly recommend Homesafe to anyone wanting new windows. The work was carried out with the utmost precision and tidyness, the guys are friendly and their work ethic is outstanding. When they were finished you wouldn’t have known they’d just removed and replaced a whole patio double door area. Very impressed and love my new French doors.

Our project was to replace a four-panel plus a two-panel door as well as replace two cracked window panes. We asked Homesafe to quote as a local, Which? Trusted Trader, and have received exemplary service throughout, from the first visit to the thorough survey through to fitting the units on the agreed date. Communication was always easy and immediate, and everything happened as promised. The installation team of David, Danny and Mark worked really efficiently, cleanly and with minimum fuss - why can't all building projects be like this? A minor problem stemming from miscommunication is also being dealt with fairly and effectively. When we come to replace most of our windows soon, we really hope we will be able to work with the company again.

This is the second time we commissioned Danny and his team to for windows and doors. As with the first time the price/ quality was great and they were really easy to work with. One of the windows want quite right and Danny came and sorted it quickly, which we appreciated. If we needed anything doing again I’d just ring them.
