David provided a quote promptly after his initial visit and turned up as promised to complete the work (an external door to the garage). The work was completed to a very high standard and everything was cleared away (including the old door and frame). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Homesafe.

I needed some advice on whether to replace some windows, a set of doors and a rooflight. Danny advised me that the windows didn't need replacing but just needed new hinges, and I appreciated the honest advice (someone else carried out that work). We did replace the French doors and roof light, which both look excellent. The quote which Danny provided and stuck to was slightly less than another larger company, who had advised me to replace the windows that Danny advised me only needed hinges. I am hugely impressed by Homesafe Glazing, they were a pleasure to have around, just got on with their work and I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend them.

David managed the job from the original quote to final delivery and was helpful, informative and polite throughout. We were so impressed by the way David, Danny and team worked when changing a couple of patio doors for us in 2024 that we asked them to replace 22 Crittall-type metal framed windows with double-glazed units. Communication was impeccably responsive, from initial contact through measuring up to the schedule of works and actual fitting - we always know what was going to happen and when. Also, Homesafe Glazing maintained their initial quote, even though it took us several months to get planning permission (we're in a Conservation Area) and their main supplier unexpectedly increased prices. The supply and fitting of the replacement units went completely smoothly until the final, non-standard refectory window, when the manufacturer supplied a few sub-standard panels. A lesser company might have tried to fob us off with them, but not David and Danny - they insisted the manufacturer replace the panels, and twice again when the replacements were themselves unacceptable, eventually changing supplier before we were all eventually happy. If the true test of a service provider is how they handle problems, Homesafe passed with flying colours. Once the job was completed, the promised documentation (Building regulations, Fensa guarantee etc.) arrived promptly. We have no hesitation in recommending Homesafe Glazing - if only all building-related work could go as smoothly as this!

We contracted Home Safe to replace all our windows, doors, fascia’s, soffits and gutters. The windows and doors we chose were at the lower end of the price spectrum, but the quality of workmanship we received was absolutely top drawer. Every single fitting was carried out perfectly, leaving no rough edges or paintwork to touch up, our house was left spotlessly clean and the team were friendly, hard working and trustworthy. We chose David on the basis of his excellent reviews. He replaced all the glass on our aged conservatory and some of our doors/windows. 32 panels in total. He did a great job. Our conservatory door wasn't locking afterwards but he came straight out and corrected it. Would definitely recommend his services.

Homesafe Glazing replaced my windows and doors: 10 windows, a composite door, uPVC door and a pair of patio doors. The whole experience was stress-free. The experience was uneventful from the beginning to the end. Most communications were over email with David who was very responsive. David patiently worked with me to quote for windows and doors to my particular specifications, including adding hinge bolts, supplying and installing magnetic door stops for the french doors and upgrading the lock cylinders all around. During installation, David and the team were tidy and efficient. They finished the job on time. There was very little decoration patch up required afterwards. (This was one of the comments from my builder when he saw the work afterwards.) There were a couple of delays caused by their suppliers which were outside of their control. I would definitely recommend it.

As I needed a new front door, Danny came to give me an estimate which was much cheaper than other companies I had contacted. The waiting time was only a few weeks for the door to be made. Can't fault it. Care was taken to ensure that the design was exactly what I wanted and the specification was very clear when sent to me for approval. When the door had been made and was ready I was given a date and time for fitting. They arrived exactly on time. The old door was removed and taken away. The new door fitted exactly into the space and was very neatly installed. After installation, the area was cleaned, minor damage to the rendering under the door was repaired and all rubbish taken away.

David surveyed and quoted for the work quickly and efficiently and worked well with me to complete the order. He and Danny fitted two bay windows, five other windows and a new front door. Very happy with all of the work and David was proactive in correcting what few problems arose with the delivered units. Always clean and tidy at the end of the day and even made some adjustments to existing doors that had been a minor irritation for years, free of charge while he was here.
