Homesafe Glazing and Locks are a local run business, based in Kingston Upon Thames, with over 25 years’ experience within the home improvement industry, providing a professional and friendly service to customers in Surrey, London and some areas of the South East.
We take extreme pride in providing an individual and personal service, have a great reputation within the local area and come highly recommended by our customers, both new and old. The majority of our work comes from ‘word of mouth’, one of the many reasons for this, is due to our high standard of workmanship and our customer care. We will always give honest advice and aim to provide the best product and services to meet your needs.
Unlike other home improvement companies, we survey for free - this means an experienced surveyor or engineer will visit with no call out charges. Carrying out a survey allows us to give you an accurate quote, so there are no nasty surprises. It also ensures our work is carried out to the highest possible standards.

This is the second time I have used Homesafe Glazing and on both occasions they have done a fantastic job. They replaced all of the very old aluminium windows in my flat with new pvc sash windows. The new windows have been fitted to an extremely high standard. All the work was completed on time and Danny went the extra mile when some of the old existing frames proved challenging to fit the new windows. He was really polite, efficient and ensured the flat was left neat and tidy. I would have no hestitation in recommending Homesafe Glazing.

Work was carried out without any issue and to a very high standard. Areas were left clean and tidy, a sign of a company that takes pride in their work! Would highly recommend Homesafe to others. Danny and Dave fitted new windows and doors for us and the standard of work was excellent. At all stages we felt the utmost confidence in them and the results bore this out. We assumed we’d need to redecorate where the old windows has come out but this turned out not to be the case. In each room, the finish on the sills and surrounds was way beyond what was there before. Honestly, we couldn’t be happier.

David and the team were amazing throughout. He went through all the different options with us including some suggestions and followed up with the manufactures to check details with us. Installation was completed quickly and we were kept updated throughout, the place was left spotless afterwards. Homesafe had installed patio doors for me last year so when I decided to look for a new front door I got in touch again. Just as with the first time, Danny was approachable, easy to deal with, transparent about pricing and clear as to the lead time for production and installation. As anticipated, installation took about half a day; the site was left immaculate when the work was complete. A week later Danny returned, as agreed, with the two extra keys that I had ordered. My new front door makes a big difference to the appearance of my house and I am delighted with it.

Homesafe replaced 3 ageing Double Glazing Units (not theirs) in different windows where the seals had gone and moisture and mould had got inside. The units were leaded and one was 'frosted'. The Units were replaced within a very short time and matched the remaining units perfectly. The work was expertly, efficiently, professionally and courteously undertaken and with the minimum fuss and bother. I have called on Homesafe before, in an emergency, and trust them completely. I am again delighted with the work they have done.

Homesafe was recommended by close local friends as they had supplied and fitted a Front and Back Door for them recently. When we contacted Homesafe they clearly explained the options so that we had a good choice for doors to decide upon with the options we needed. The quote as agreed and delivery/install date confirmed. They arrived on schedule and did the install very efficiently and both tidied and consulted with us as the installation progressed. Very polite and professional throughout the job and ensured the installation meet our needs and expectations. Final invoice was paid after installation with no changes to original quote. One small issue after the install which was fixed very quickly.

Our project was for a replacement window and a set of sliding doors. There are a number of local window suppliers in this area, but Homesafe Glazing are the best. From the first enquiry, the survey visit through to the installation, the whole proces was seemless and of the highest standard. (Local competitors didn't even show up for appointments we'd made! I’d recommend Homesafe to anyone looking for new windows. The work they carried out was excellent from start to finish and we could not be happier with the job they did. After recently purchasing our property, we realised the old single glazed windows were beyond repair and needed replacing. We got round a number of potential suppliers but Danny stood out from the rest. Everything was easy, from the quote, paying a deposit and the final fit, all ran like clockwork. This is the third time we’ve used HomeSafe glazing and locks. In our previous property we had standard UPVC windows installed. This time around we wanted something different and asked for advice on what was available. David suggested flush finish windows from the “Timeless” range. We received the quote promptly and decided to go ahead. They arrived promptly on the first day of the installation, ensured all areas were well protected before getting on with the work; each room was cleaned at the end of each day to the point you wouldn’t have known they were there. We’re overjoyed with the windows, and feel lucky to have received such a great, personal service from David and Danny; clearly masters in their craft.
