Homesafe Glazing and Locks are a local run business, based in Kingston Upon Thames, with over 25 years’ experience within the home improvement industry, providing a professional and friendly service to customers in Surrey, London and some areas of the South East.
We take extreme pride in providing an individual and personal service, have a great reputation within the local area and come highly recommended by our customers, both new and old. The majority of our work comes from ‘word of mouth’, one of the many reasons for this, is due to our high standard of workmanship and our customer care. We will always give honest advice and aim to provide the best product and services to meet your needs.
Unlike other home improvement companies, we survey for free - this means an experienced surveyor or engineer will visit with no call out charges. Carrying out a survey allows us to give you an accurate quote, so there are no nasty surprises. It also ensures our work is carried out to the highest possible standards.

Homesafe replaced 3 ageing Double Glazing Units (not theirs) in different windows where the seals had gone and moisture and mould had got inside. The units were leaded and one was 'frosted'. The Units were replaced within a very short time and matched the remaining units perfectly. The work was expertly, efficiently, professionally and courteously undertaken and with the minimum fuss and bother. I have called on Homesafe before, in an emergency, and trust them completely. I am again delighted with the work they have done.

Prompt and efficient service. Very neat job. All rubbish cleaned up afterwards. Kept to agreed schedule and price. It it too soon to comment on any after-sales issues yet, but on a previous job for replacement porch doors, there was a problem with the lock becoming a bit stiff about 1 year after installation - I called them and they arrived the same day to make the necessary adjustment free of charge. So, very happy with their customer service - this was one reason that I was confident to use them again for the bathroom windows.

Dave and the guys did an amazing job replacing 4 windows in our Richmond flat. They were friendly, efficient, clean and the quality of their work was incredible. Dave walked us through the whole process and kept us informed of timeframes. The windows themselves (sash-style, pvc, white wood grain effect) were exactly as requested and suited our property perfectly.

We are very pleased with the new windows and porch. They vastly improve the look of the house both inside and out. The house also feels warmer than before. This is the third time we’ve used HomeSafe glazing and locks. In our previous property we had standard UPVC windows installed. This time around we wanted something different and asked for advice on what was available. David suggested flush finish windows from the “Timeless” range. We received the quote promptly and decided to go ahead. They arrived promptly on the first day of the installation, ensured all areas were well protected before getting on with the work; each room was cleaned at the end of each day to the point you wouldn’t have known they were there. We’re overjoyed with the windows, and feel lucky to have received such a great, personal service from David and Danny; clearly masters in their craft.

We had three windows replaced by David and Dan at Homesafe Glazing. Excellent products, very reasonably priced and the work was carried out over one day in our small flat while I was at home. Danny came and quoted to replace 2x bathroom windows, patio doors, French windows and a bay window at the back of our house. The quote was reasonable ( & more realistic than quotes we’d had from a couple of the big name companies a few years ago) so we agreed the price and fixed a date. From our point of view everything went to plan, although I know our Edwardian house presented challenges to Danny & Dave. However, they dealt with everything and finished the work on time and to a high standard. We are very happy with the new windows & doors & only wish we had found Homesafe earlier. The FENSA inspector came to check on the quality of the work and he seemed very happy too.

I contacted Danny, and two other companies, to provide a quotation for a new front door. Living in a terrace of three, the front doors have to match. From the outset Danny was patient, knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. He wasn't pushy at all and encouraged me to seek at least an additional quote. He took his time to ensure that I was aware of the options and happy with my choices. He kept me informed as to the lead time and turned up punctually on the appointed date. Both men worked hard and finished in half a day. They left the site immaculate and were polite and personable throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending the firm - I cannot find fault at all.

Homesafe had installed patio doors for me last year so when I decided to look for a new front door I got in touch again. Just as with the first time, Danny was approachable, easy to deal with, transparent about pricing and clear as to the lead time for production and installation. As anticipated, installation took about half a day; the site was left immaculate when the work was complete. A week later Danny returned, as agreed, with the two extra keys that I had ordered. My new front door makes a big difference to the appearance of my house and I am delighted with it.
