Homesafe Glazing and Locks are a local run business, based in Kingston Upon Thames, with over 25 years’ experience within the home improvement industry, providing a professional and friendly service to customers in Surrey, London and some areas of the South East.
We take extreme pride in providing an individual and personal service, have a great reputation within the local area and come highly recommended by our customers, both new and old. The majority of our work comes from ‘word of mouth’, one of the many reasons for this, is due to our high standard of workmanship and our customer care. We will always give honest advice and aim to provide the best product and services to meet your needs.
Unlike other home improvement companies, we survey for free - this means an experienced surveyor or engineer will visit with no call out charges. Carrying out a survey allows us to give you an accurate quote, so there are no nasty surprises. It also ensures our work is carried out to the highest possible standards.

The job was replacing a number of damaged window units and installing some trickle vents. Danny and his team were courteous, professional and efficient. They arrived on time, and were able to replace all the windows in a single morning - I had thought it might have taken longer. They were very tidy, and I’m very pleased with the results.

I have just had new windows fitted by Homesafe. It has been a great experience from the start. Danny came to give the quote and it was totally stress-free and unpressurised (unlike the bigger companies that I got quotes from). It was also significantly cheaper than other quotes for the same specification. They were very helpful and tolerant of some minor changes that I wanted to make to the specifications. The job was done on time and I'm very very pleased with the result. The guys were also very pleasant and friendly whilst they were here. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and to recommend them.

From the first visit to give to give me a quote, right through to installation and follow-up, Danny and the team at Homesafe Glazing have been excellent. Danny took the time to answer all my questions, responding quickly on email and explaining the installation details and things to consider, which gave me the confidence to know I’d selected the right company to install my aluminium windows. On the day of installation, Danny and Mark did a fantastic job and even took the time to help out on an issue I had with my bi-fold doors, which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this team as the quality of service and work was excellent!

I contacted Homesafe recently to assess three double-glazed windows which appeared to have an issue with condensation. The recommendation was to replace the panes and the window locks, which was completely per the quote and within a great timeframe. I'd worked with Homesafe before, following a recommendation and was really pleased with the service from the point of the initial assessment through to the works being completed. Would highly recommend and would definitely use their services again.

Homesafe Glazing replaced 5 old and rotting windows for me with UPVC windows on a Victorian terrace over 3 floors. David's timekeeping was very good to visit to provide a quote. He took time to explain options, prices and show me samples. He returned after the work was agreed to double-check all measurements. Danny and David were on time, very efficient, tidy, and polite. Although I am not confident about commenting on value, as I didn't have a comparison. I would definitely 100% recommend them on service.

I was so pleased with the initial installation of two windows that I had the remaining windows and patio doors of my second floor flat replaced. The good-humour and professionalism of the Homesafe team meant that the whole process was much easier ( for me!) than expected. The surrounds of the windows were made good, even replacing the roller blinds so that my rooms were ready to use.

We have used Homesafe on a number of occasions since 2018 and they have always been punctual, efficient, personable, and tidy. This time was no different. We needed 3 metal framed single glazed windows replaced with modern double glazed units. Danny and Marc had to grind out the old frames but did so quickly and left no mess. The new windows are a great improvement.
