Homesafe Glazing and Locks are a local run business, based in Kingston Upon Thames, with over 25 years’ experience within the home improvement industry, providing a professional and friendly service to customers in Surrey, London and some areas of the South East.
We take extreme pride in providing an individual and personal service, have a great reputation within the local area and come highly recommended by our customers, both new and old. The majority of our work comes from ‘word of mouth’, one of the many reasons for this, is due to our high standard of workmanship and our customer care. We will always give honest advice and aim to provide the best product and services to meet your needs.
Unlike other home improvement companies, we survey for free - this means an experienced surveyor or engineer will visit with no call out charges. Carrying out a survey allows us to give you an accurate quote, so there are no nasty surprises. It also ensures our work is carried out to the highest possible standards.

The new back door and picture window were fitted today. As always, the service and delivery from David was second to none. The new door and windows look fantastic, have been fitted beautifully and all cleaned up before they left so you wouldn't even know the work had been done. I cannot recommend Homesafe enough.

My elderly mother's home was broken into after she moved into a care home during building work on a neighbour's property. Her front door was wrecked and also a side door. Homesafe Glazing fitted a new front door and door-frame as well as repairing the side door with a new lock. The quality of the work was excellent and met our requirements exactly in terms of time and cost. I could not have asked for a better job.

Homesafe Glazing installed five windows and a patio door for us and I cannot fault their service at all. I am so glad to have met David and Danny who were both very friendly, polite and professional. Despite the job being a little out of the ordinary because our home is a houseboat, they arrived on schedule and fitted the units quickly and efficiently. They dust-sheeted the floor and furniture and took away the old windows to leave us with fabulous quality new windows, expertly fitted and absolutely no mess. This is not a company that quotes highly inflated prices that you have to negotiate down. David will look at the job and quote a fair, reasonable price and that is what you pay. No hidden extras. Very highly recommended!!

We wanted our front room and bedroom windows replaced and David and his colleague did this thoroughly and fast. David is very approachable and listens carefully to what you want. He provided feedback about what products would be best for the job. When one window panel from the supplier was found to be cracked before installation, David was quick to resolve the situation and kept us informed. Great job and toasty house!

I had a second floor balcony door replaced. The quotation was carried out really quickly, and they couldn't have been more helpful. It was a difficult job on the second floor with very narrow stairs, and they considered lots of options for how to actually get the doors up to the room needed and they were so positive and solution focused. Everything was planned in the schedule I wanted, and then I had to push the date back due to other works being delayed, and they couldn't have been more accommodating and understanding! They were punctual on the day, and carried out the work quickly. They left the whole work area extremely clean and tidy. They couldn't have done more for us. The door looks wonderful and the service was excellent! Highly recommend!

Called Homesafe due to a faulty window that could not be closed or locked. They were on-site within 30 minutes and secured the window until replacement parts were obtained. These were installed a few days later with the minimum of fuss and bother. Throughout Homesafe were kind, courteous informative and thoroughly professional. We had called on their services a few years in the past when their service was just the same. I cannot fault their excellent service and would recommend them to anyone wanting the reassurance of a quality service.

David, Danny and Mark were friendly, efficient and timely in their works. I liked their attention to detail and the way they explained everything that they were doing. All areas of work were left tidy at the end of each day. It was a real pleasure having a double glazing company you could trust - leagues ahead of the larger companies out there. David and his team replaced 5 windows including two bay windows at our terraced London house. The service from start to finish was exceptional. Homesafe stood out from other window replacement companies with their excellent communication throughout the process of seeking quotes for the work. Homesafe was not the cheapest quote we received, but their friendly, professional approach and the commitment to recycle the old UPVC windows were reasons for choosing them. The installation was completed exactly on schedule (3 days work) and with minimum disruption (a very considerate team and no need for scaffolding). We are very pleased with the quality of the Eurocell windows and the finish of the work.
