David communicates as soon as he receives your emails and at no time did I have to prompt for a reply which is very refreshing. The quote for the work carried out was reasonable and when David and his team arrived, they were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves ... you wouldn't know that building work had been carried out! The doors look stunning and have transformed my new kitchen.

Would absolutely recommend Homesafe for window installation. There was a good turnaround from quote to installation and on the day Danny and his team were prompt, very respectful of my flat and fit all four windows all before lunch! I’d recommend Homesafe to anyone looking for new windows. The work they carried out was excellent from start to finish and we could not be happier with the job they did. After recently purchasing our property, we realised the old single glazed windows were beyond repair and needed replacing. We got round a number of potential suppliers but Danny stood out from the rest. Everything was easy, from the quote, paying a deposit and the final fit, all ran like clockwork. Danny and the guys are great, if you’re looking for new windows - go with them, you won’t regret it!

On the first visit David made very precise measurements (not all firms do). The installation by Marc and David was skilled and professional. There was less noise than I had expected and everywhere was tidied afterwards. Efficient, friendly, good workmanship - what more can you ask.

Homesafe Glazing fitted four new windows to our property. The lead time was quicker than initially discussed and much quicker than discussed with a different local firm. The cost was exactly as detailed in the quote. The three guys who came to fit the windows were really nice people, who I didn't mind having in my house. Initially Danny was a bit reserved when he came to survey for the work but he was fine after that with great email and phone communication. We are very pleased with the windows.

Our project was to replace a four-panel plus a two-panel door as well as replace two cracked window panes. We asked Homesafe to quote as a local, Which? Trusted Trader, and have received exemplary service throughout, from the first visit to the thorough survey through to fitting the units on the agreed date. Communication was always easy and immediate, and everything happened as promised. The installation team of David, Danny and Mark worked really efficiently, cleanly and with minimum fuss - why can't all building projects be like this? A minor problem stemming from miscommunication is also being dealt with fairly and effectively. When we come to replace most of our windows soon, we really hope we will be able to work with the company again.

A first class job - 36 windows replaced in four flats. From survey through estimate & quote to installation each element went to agreed timetable and plan. On site on time each day, work plan followed as agreed. Properties all left clean and tidy at the end of each day.

This is the second time we commissioned Danny and his team to for windows and doors. As with the first time the price/ quality was great and they were really easy to work with. One of the windows want quite right and Danny came and sorted it quickly, which we appreciated. If we needed anything doing again I’d just ring them.

David and Danny replaced 6 windows for me. Their communication and professionalism from when David first came round to provide the quote, through to the completion of the job was faultless. They arrived on time, moved and covered furniture and carpets with dust sheets and on completion they left the house clean and tidy and took away all the rubbish. I asked for a different trim to the one they'd fitted and they were very happy to change these without hesitation. The work was finished to a very high standard at a competitive price. Very pleased! I needed the windows at the front of the house replaced, which included two large bays where the wooden frames had rotted quite badly in places. The new windows look superb, and the level of care taken in the fitting is obvious from the outside, and in every room. A small issue that became apparent a couple of weeks after installation was also quickly resolved. Couldn’t recommend Danny and David highly enough!

We had already used Homesafe Glazing to replace our front door and were very pleased with that so they were an obvious choice when we decided to replace two wooden sash windows with maintenance free uPVC ones. The quality of the windows is very good and the sight-lines are better then the old wooden ones, which was important as the flat is semi-basement. As the flat is in a "Local Area of Special Character", the window installed at the front was a "slider" to keep the appearance in line with the character of the road. It looks very good indeed and worth the extra cost over a standard casement window. David was very thorough in helping us decide the best options during the survey and the end result did not disappoint. David and Danny were both very professional, industrious, polite and personable during the install, which they completed very quickly. They take a genuine pride in their workmanship and this shows. We can't fault them and will almost certainly use them again when we get the remaining windows in the flat replaced.

David and Danny replaced three windows and a backdoor. The service from start to finish was great. We are really pleased with the work. I would definitely use Homesafe again.

Homesafe, arrived on time and did a thorough appraisal of the site to replace the existing doors with a new bifold. We discussed options and concluded a 3 part right side opening in white. We picked the higher quality lock. They installed and fitted per quote very tidy, polite and trust worthy. I was at the property at the time but I was comfortable with them accessing the inside of the house. The door was Orion good quality which is what we want. I would recommend this team to anyone looking at a bifold. Quote to installation was under a month.

Danny came to fix our front door, which was sticking. We arranged a time within a couple of days of my initial enquiry, and he did the work straight away (removing, planing and rehanging the door), much to the delight of my boys (1 and 3) who loved 'helping'. Would definitely use them again.
