I have been trading for over 30 years, working in Orpington and surrounding areas. I am a fully qualified GAS SAFE Registered Engineer specialising in all aspects of gas heating and general plumbing work - from full central heating installations and boiler changes to gas hobs, as well as full bathroom installations,leaking taps and landlords safety checks.

David responded quickly to my call concerning water leaking through a bedroom ceiling from a water pump in the loft. The pump is in a cramped and dirty area but David did not baulk at this. He diagnosed the problem and within a few days had secured suitable replacement parts for the now obsolete originals. He had to modify the fittings for these so that they would fit. He worked quickly and efficiently and priced the job very reasonably indeed. Throughout he kept me informed and always turned up when he said he would. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber/heating engineer.

We had an overflow from the flush tanks. David was working in the area so he came within an hour of me calling, explained what the problem was and what the charge will be to fix it. He was very polite and friendly and fixed the problem immediately and the rates were very reasonable. I'll defintely use him again.

David fixed a toilet that wasn't flushing properly. He provided an excellent service, arranging to come when a time suited me and kept me well informed of developments eg how long he'd take to get the part. His service also seemed good value for money. Will definitely use him again.

Had an emergency situation with supply of water to a radiator. David turned up promptly and worked efficiently and carefully. The problem was soon detected, solved and, at our request, a new radiator (not part of the problem) was purchased and fitted.

Not used the website before so decided to try it as I had a problem with Kitchen tap. David arrived when he said he would explained what the problem was, and fixed this for me. I will definatly use David again.

David Webster installed a new central heating unit in our house two years ago, since when he has done further work for us. In my view, he has set a professional benchmark for this business. He has the expertise, sound common sense, meticulous attention to detail and competitive rates that we all look for. He has never once let us down and I would strongly recommend him to Which? members, as I have already done to many of our friends.

David solved a water heating problem quickly after a competitor failed to identify the fault. Highly recommended. We will certainly use hin again as the need arises. Pity he does not include boiler servicing in his armoury.

We had David round to install a monobloc kitchen tap which we bought already. He did the job quickly and efficiently, left no mess and his rates were very reasonable. I'd definitely use him again and have recommended him to friends locally.

David Webster installed a new central heating boiler and some new radiators. The work involved some very awkward pipe runs providing problems to which other companies who quoted could not provide a tidy solution. David Webster solved the problems brilliantly. His workmanship was faultless, his pricing very competitive, and the job was completed on time. He was meticulous, also, about cleaning up every day. An extremely professional and utterly trustworthy man (we gave him the keys to our house later in the year so that he could get on with another job whilst we were on holiday). Thoroughly recommended.
