From my very first enquiry, Olivia made everything simple and stress-free. She was efficient, organised, and always pleasant to deal with, guiding me through the planning and keeping everything on track. The installation was carried out by Richard and his helper Kai, whose attention to detail was exceptional. Every part of the work was completed with care and precision, leaving me with a beautifully finished kitchen that is both modern and practical. Richard also brought in an excellent supporting team: Dan the plumber, Ash from Amber Electrical, and Tom the painter. Each carried out their work to a very high standard, coordinating perfectly with the main installation. Altogether, the whole process was handled with professionalism and friendliness, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. I would recommend Dawlish Kitchens and Bedrooms without hesitation.

The team at DKB have undertaken a couple of projects for us over the past year. From design, supply and fit of our kitchen and utility areas, too design supply and fit of built in wardrobes in our master bedroom. From start to finish the service was impeccable ! No question left un answered, and every slight adjustment required was no trouble at all. Brilliant customer service, and unmatched quality of goods and workmanship. We approached Dawlish Kitchens as we wanted to use a local company, having previously used a bathroom company and had a good experience. Richard and Olivia were great from the start. Olivia worked with us to produce a plan of exactly what we wanted, and Richard and his team of tradesmen produced the goods. Great time-keeping and flexible in their approach to the job, really helped and, because of the full days they worked, managed to finish well within the estimated time. We are really pleased with the result and I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

We lived with a very old, 1970s, small dark kitchen but with a nice sunny dinning room adjacent. Our dream was to remove the separating wall and upgrade the kitchen units. We had various ideas and consulted a few retailers but didn't feel right. Our neighbour had used KDB and was happy so we had a meeting. I explained our dream and fairly limited budget to Olivia. She understood our wants and came up with a very interesting plan, within our budget , which we decided to accept. The work was carried out at the time agreed and to a very high standard including the wall removal, units, electrics, plumbing and painting. We could not be more delighted. Also Rich and Olivia were a pleasure to deal with. We were always treated as a person not a number and the end result is our house is now much more sociable to live in, just what we wanted. No hesitation in recommending DKB at all.

From the start Olivia took great care to understand what we wanted to replace our old kitchen. She prepared detailed computer drawings and pictures, happily including some of our existing appliances and giving us new ideas. Richard, her husband and co-owner, visited our home and took great care to understand what we wanted and to measure up. Their quotation and timetable for installation was very detailed and competitively priced. Richard personally undertook and supervised the installation with the support of his team of expert tradespeople. They did a very professional job taking great care that everything fitted correctly. We had a new kitchen designed and installed by Olivia & Richard. They were recommended by a friend & we couldn't be happier with the end result. Olivia was really helpful & flexible during the design producing fantastic sketches for us to see & tweak. The build was as professional as the design. We came across Dawlish Kitchens and Bedrooms by accident, and so glad we did! Olivia was very efficient and after one visit, quickly produced a CAD drawing and quotation. She listened to what we wanted and produced exactly the right layout for our room at the right price. The wardrobes were fitted by Richard and Kai, and went to great lengths to keep their working area clean and tidy. They even brought their own tea! The wardrobes are amazing, beautifully fitted, and worth every penny. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The whole process with Richard and Olivia was smooth and hassle-free. From the start, we had great communication and responsiveness to ideas about the design and the fitting. The kitchen was refitted beautifully, with great attention to detail. The other contractors used were also great - leaving the work area neat and tidy for us. The schedule and budget were on target at all times. There were a couple of minor things to adjust at the end, but they were sorted very promptly and satisfactorily. We are delighted with our kitchen and utility room which have undergone a complete transformation by Dawlish Kitchens and Bedrooms. The service and attention to detail were excellent with Olivia providing quality guidance, support and advice from the Office, and Richard leading the work from start to finish, whilst providing a truly excellent and personal service throughout. There was a thorough planning and design phase, with many changes from us, which enabled us to have the best kitchen possible to meet our needs and expectations. The fitting was completed within the time set aside by Richard and there was excellent support from Kai. The other trades were also top quality and essential to the project. The quartz worktops were supplied by Steve Bristow and are a lovely feature; the plumbing and electrics were provided by Plectrumb led by Nick and Matt with a good support team; plastering, painting and decorating trades also did very high standards of work. Everyone was professional and friendly, and a pleasure to have in the house. The outcome is a stunning kitchen which is entirely down to the skills of Richard and Olivia and the rest of the people involved. Everything about Dawlish Kitchens & Bedrooms Ltd is 10/10. Simply excellent. From the initial meetings with Olivia through to the exciting design concept stage (we had suggestions but essentially agreed with almost every design idea) the building work with Richard and his team and the impressive aftercare. Nothing was ever a problem and - uniquely - everything happened when and how it was promised. The timeline was slick and nothing slipped. We left the team to it for a couple of weeks (we had utmost trust throughout) and had regular picture updates - which I'd requested. We made one request halfway through: 'Could another section of the wall be removed?' And, in typical Dawlish Kitchens & Bedrooms style, it was not a problem. When everything was done the team continued to check in with us - we will definitely use them again for any other project. Having said that we have such a stunning, beautifully designed kitchen I'm not sure we will ever want to move. Thank you, Olivia, Rich and the team. We are very very happy customers.

After battling to find someone who would upgrade my worktops and hob and sink. I found Dawlish Kitchens and Bedrooms. What a find. Olivia came to introduce herself and take initial measurements. By process of elimination we eventually settled on granite work tops, under counter sink and splashbacks. Work was due to begin the 21st May. Dave who did the granite came the Thursday before to take a template. The 21st came and Dan the plumber came removed gas hob and disconnected sink. Richard came with Dave and removed existing worktops and fitted granite, hob and sink. Dan returned later to reconnect. Richard and Kai came back the 23rd and installed splashbacks. I cannot praise the quality of the work and professionalism showed by everyone enough. My kitchen is now absolutely stunning. So pleased we found a local business. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Dawlish Kitchens and bedrooms again. Well done guys you rock.

We have just completed a self build and as it was our own property we wanted something special and different from the mundane kitchens supplied to us by other suppliers on our commercial new builds. We knew about Dawlish Kitchens and decided to give a local family run company a chance. Well we cannot fault anything they offered us. Olivia was very patient with us on the designs and colours. She went above and beyond to get it right for us. The fitting by Richard and Kai was outstanding. Their attention to detail is second to none. Richard is such a brilliant fitter and goes the extra mile to get it spot on. An absolutely lovely team doing a great job. We will definitely be back in the future for our commercial builds. Well done to all of you, including Dave who supplied and fitted the quartz, for a fantastic job job.

We recently moved to the area and sought recommendations from a community page. Everyone that commented suggested Dawlish Kitchens and Bedrooms for their high standard of workmanship We are so so pleased with their service from start to finish, so can understand why so many folks suggested them. We had quotes from other "big" companies but was swayed towards this local small family business for various reasons. The price was very competitive and there weren't any hidden extras when we chose more detailed panelled doors etc which the other 2 companies did add quite a bit to the cost. The service was friendly and professional and so much more personal and tailored to our needs too We definitely made the right decision. Olivia and Richard were supportive and patient as we worked our way through our ideas. There was no time pressure or special offers being withdrawn etc and we had lots of time to make our choices and felt really comfortable with our choices and could now look forward to them being fitted. But the proof of the pudding would be when the wardrobes were fitted. These were completed today and we are absolutely delighted with them. They arrived promptly, worked efficiently and so tidily. They look fab and are perfectly fitted. We just can't thank Dawlish Kitchens and Bedrooms enough for such a fab experience overall and would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for any work to be done. We too will be back for our next project soon.

We had an excellent service from this local reputable company. We highly recommend them. Richard and Olivia, with the strong backbone support from Kai and other very highly reputable contractors, are an amazing team. Richard and Olivia really listened to our ideas and helped us plan the functional, attractive and great quality kitchen and utility room of our dreams, making the most of all the space we had. They also decorated and put flooring in our new conservatory/dining room. We are planning to use them on future projects too :-) Nothing is too much trouble for Richard and Olivia and their attention to every small detail is so valued. Their patience is incredible! Olivia helped us so much with the choice of colour and design of the units, and flooring. This is the second time that we have used Dawlish Kitchens, and they have been brilliant. They have a really good selection of units and worktops and lots of samples to take home and try. Olivia was so helpful and patient with us trying to find the right colours. She has got really good style ideas which really complements Richard’s can-do attitude. It feels like anything is possible and nothing is a problem. He came up with an excellent design idea for the kitchen and worked alongside the old building and its quirks! The work has been carried out to a really high standard and they are a very clean and tidy team. The tradespeople that they bring in for the tiling/painting/electrics and plumbing are also really good, it just feels as though everything is in safe hands!

We recently had our kitchen revamped by Dawlish Kitchens and Bedrooms and the result was outstanding, much as we have come to expect having used them before for our bedrooms and study. All our visiting friends and relatives have echoed these words. The work was done within the timescales Richard and Liv specified and the quality of the finish is exceptional. This business has developed a first class reputation in a relatively short space of time and we will continue to recommend them to people we know as they offer a professional and friendly service in all aspects of the work they undertake.

There are not enough superlatives to describe how happy I am with my new kitchen/diner and Master Bedroom. Richard and Olivia with their design know how and pristine workmanship, have transformed my home beyond expectations. My big ask was for my North facing and very cold kitchen and dining room, to be knocked into one and to improve the heating. In the bedroom I asked for the window to be replaced with a Juliet balcony, to disguise the boxed in lintel over the window and to give me lots of hanging space and drawers. All of this was achieved in Just over four weeks and looks absolutely stunning, with Richard and Olivia project managing the whole job. I was given a schedule of works and knew when each of their trusted trades people were due to arrive. Richard was also more than happy to to incorporate extra finishing touches I thought up during installation. At the end of each day my home was left neat and tidy. I can't thank Richard, Olivia and team enough for their endless patience, kindness and expertise. I have no hesitation in recommending Dawlish Kitchens and Bedrooms, from the first phone call I just knew I could trust this company.

We have quite a large kitchen although we have a very small worksurface with no splashback behind the units and inadequate storage. We decided that perhaps an island would correct our problems, so we contacted this company who have a great reputation locally. Their ideas were immediately accepted, and we ordered the island and splashback to improve our kitchen. The work was carried out absolutely per our agreement, and the standard of workmanship was truly excellent. We are thrilled with the appearance now, and Richard, Olivia and the team have done a fantastic job. We absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality and service.

Dawlish Kitchens & Bedrooms have just completed a sizeable conversion of our Kitchen/Utility/WC and at the same time our Master Bedroom. Plectrumb, their Electrical/Plumbing subcontractors were in parallel, installing the Ensuite Bathroom, replacing much of the central heating and renewing electrical components and circuitry. It was professionally planned and executed with precision and minimum disruption. The transformation is amazing, the cupboards and wardrobes are of a very high quality and have been expertly installed. The finishing touches, such as the worktops and the glass wall coverings, are very impressive. The whole team were really easy to get along with, friendly, helpful, focused and hard working with great attention to detail. We are really delighted with the outcome and believe we got real value for our money. Clearly, we would recommend Dawlish K&B and their subcontractors for any similar work.
