Jonathan listened to our requirements and explained solutions by drawing up and creating plans in front of us. We had fitted bridging units and matching freestanding cabinets made for 2 bedrooms and one cloakroom. The fitting team were very efficient and we are very pleased with the high quality result. Day & Knight are professional, competitively priced, quality independent craftspeople that were recommended to me, and now I recommend them to everyone I know. They have done 3 separate jobs for me around my house, from a built-in alcove cupboards and shelving for the living room; build-in sloping wall-to-wall wardrobe and most recently fitted wall-to-wall cupboards with dresser for the master bedroom. Their standard of work is top notch, they have a very wide selection of cupboard styles, colours and handles. Jonathan, has been my first point of contact, and is highly attentive, is happy to really work to get what you want (and I pushed him to really think outside the box), happy for you to pair his bespoke solutions with handles from other suppliers to get the right look and feel. The installers James and Callum are fantastic - and don't let their age fool you - they know what they are doing. Can't wait for them to do our next few projects inc. home office and kitchen.

I was recommended to Day and Knight by my plasterer Myles Yendell. I had already had two others round to quote and offer design ideas. I wanted something completely different and was pleasantly surprised with Jonathan from Day and Knight. He was very patient and showed me my options by way of drawings. He had a very professional approach which as a businesswoman impressed me. The job was completed on time and the guys that carried out the fitting were polite, clean, and courteous. Not only was the quote competitive but there were many extras and I did make a change without any extra expense.

Small issues were rectified quickly and a willingly. I have another project on the horizon and plan to use Day & Knight Bedrooms & Design again for that.

From initial contact, to design to installation; it has been a pleasure to deal with Day & Knight, you are a treated as a valued customer and kept informed every step of the way. Charlie and James worked tirelessly all day to produce a top quality product, which I am so pleased with. They also cleaned up afterwards and were mindful and respectful of other areas used to access the bedroom to build the wardrobe.

We received excellent service all the way through, from beginning to end. Jonathan responded to my email very quickly and made an appointment to take full note of our requirements. He was helpful with suggestions, took measurements so we could see visualise the finished room and had brought samples with him, so we could see what was available. So good not having to wait for a visual or samples to arrive. A competitive quote arrived later that afternoon. The work commenced on 28 January (date agreed) and took two days. The people carrying out the work were polite, friendly and highly skilled. They worked hard and did a very good professional job. One slight issue which was sorted the following week and took about 10 minutes to resolve. We were kept informed of arrival times each day which was helpful. Jonathan contacted us to make sure all was well and that we were satisfied with the work. A really good job. Thank you.

So pleased with our new fitted wardrobes . Jonathan was very patient & explained styles & colours. Excellent neat & tidy work carried out by James & Luke. A few snagging issues resolved promptly. Slight delay on completion as not enough material to complete shelving. James came up with alternative design but we opted to wait for additional materials to arrive. Issue with electrics resolved promptly. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely use Day & Knight for any future work.

I cannot recommend Jonathan and his team at Day and Knight enough. We have used them twice now for fitted wardrobes and each time they have been extremely thorough and professional from the first visit to the completion of works. They have come up with the prefect designs and the finished product is of the highest quality. At each part of the process they ensured I was kept up to date and they even managed to fit us in earlier than originally scheduled! They offered their expert advice when I asked and consistently delivered. The guys who did the actual fitting were very polite, on time and tidy. We couldn't be happier with the finished products and will definitely be using them for any future projects -we have already and will continue to recommend to friends and family.

We engaged Day and Knight to do some major refurbishment and installations. Charlie, James, and Callum were brilliant. Under very tricky circumstances they project managed, executed, and completed the work with efficiency and to a high standard. They went above and beyond to get the job finished in time, were responsive to alterations from the original brief, and kept us informed of changes to cost at all times. Charlie offered good advice on how best to execute the project, kept things on budget, and was very helpful throughout. We couldn’t be happier.

Day & Knight were friendly and honest with us from the start. We selected them because of their integrity and straightforward approach. Our wardrobes were not completed for some weeks because of the lockdown and the team’s understandable difficulty sourcing material but we are very happy with the outcome. My only suggestion would be to be a little bit better at communication with the customer.

I found the whole process very easy and professional - from arranging for The initial visit and quote to the Cad design drawings supplied with the quote. The timescale, despite these strange times was set and adhered to. The fitter was very considerate of our home and very efficient with the fitting with a great eye for detail and nothing was too much trouble. I had a couple of concerns that he quickly addresses and explained and dealt with. The fitting and installation was of a very high standard with high quality wood and finishing. They also cleared up after themselves very well. All in all I would highly recommend Day & Knight also for their knowledgable approach and great advice.

Knight & Day were a pleasure to deal with, from the first process of measuring and discussing our requirements. Then Covid 19 got in the way, but we were updated regularly with fitting dates. The team that fitted our wardrobes were friendly and worked hard, importantly cleaning up at the end of the day. We are delighted with our product and would not hesitate in recommending them. John and the team at day and night are very professional and the quality of the workmanship is of a very high standard. The wardrobes that were built were to our specification and John did show us other ways to make the most out of the space. Due to the size of the loft conversion we wanted the wardrobes in a certain place that required the fitter to make an alteration that would allow easy removal of a panel to get to the storage under the eves. Would most definitely use again. Highly recommended.

Day and Knight recently fitted out four rooms in our new build property consisting of a dressing room, bedroom with sliding doors on a wardrobe, smaller wardrobe with box compartments, third bedroom with small wardrobe and an office with cupboards and shelving. We were very pleased with the service overall. Jonathan came twice to measure and discuss options, he was very personable and helpful. The fitting was done over a period of days and his team worked hard and were accommodating to some amendments that were required. The furniture they fitted was of a good standard and there is plenty of choice of colours and designs. They were very good at getting replacement pieces for ones that had been damaged in transit through no fault of their own, no quibbles. They are a small family run business and very customer focused. I would have no problem recommending them to others.

My husband and I dreamed about a walk-in wardrobe for a very long time. Jonathan and his team were very helpful from the start, especially with the small size of the space. From ordering to installation we were kept up to date with the process of our order. Jonathan checked every decision with us before fitting, from the positioning of the shelves.
