I found Day & Knight through an ad on Facebook. From the moment Jonathan came to quote, I felt totally at ease, and confident that he understood my vision of the work I wanted carrying out. The quote came back immediately and was very competitive. The quality of the work was superb and Charlie and Jack did an excellent job, and were very tidy too. I was so pleased with my bespoke wardrobes and shoe racks, that I have since had the team back to build a cupboard in my porch, to which Jonathan was very accommodating with getting the work within my budget. I have shown the work to many of my friends, and already some of them have also had work done since by Jonathan and the team. It's so lovely to have a family run business, and one that you can trust.....has delivered on every aspect every time. I will certainly be using them again if I need more work doing in the house. Right from the start Johnathan was prompt with his first visit to measure up and discuss colours and even came back a couple of days later to show some more colours when we had second thoughts about those chosen. Quoted that evening with a very fair price which was agreed and a 50% deposit paid so work could commence and a 4 week completion date agreed, with balance due on complete satisfaction which is refreshing that Johnathan has that faith in his work when so many companies want full payment up front. Furniture delivered and fitted as promised on due date but Johnathan had noticed a small blemish on the top as it was unpacked but no problem it was fitted so we could use it and a week later his son came back with the replacement perfect. Fantastic service and no way could we have bought the furniture ready made to fit so perfectly.

On the day they were on time, worked fast and cleared up afterwards. Quotes were as agreed. Compared to work I've had done in the past it is high quality and very reasonably priced. Work completed - His & Hers wardrobes built in an alcove with a sloping roof, it included built in storage behind the bed and 2 matching Ottomans for the base of the bed. Their advice was invaluable from the initial design meeting, when the design was finalised all of the way through the installation process. They were relivable and did their utmost during the process, to keep the inevitable dust to a minimum and very polite and professional at all times. They came from a recommendation, and we in tern would have no concerns about recommending them ourselves. They have transformed our Master Bedroom.

Quite a few years ago Jonathan built fitted wardrobes in our bedroom. They are still like new so didn’t look at anyone else when we need new wardrobes for our second bedroom. Awkward space well filled with hanging space and shelves, all hidden behind fully fitted carcass and doors. Very pleased.

My wife found Day & Knight firstly on Facebook and invited Jonathan to review our bedroom and come up with a solution. Jonathan spent some time in the bedroom and sketched a possible solution and concluded the plan with my wife selecting all the finished products. Less than 24 hours later, Jonathan produced a complete project plan including time lines, drawings and exact costs. The plan covered removal of old wardropes and furniture, making good and painting walls where necessary, installing new furniture and painting the bedroom to our specifications. The above was carried out with the highest level of professionalism by top, friendly tradesmen, delivered on-time and at the agreed price Job Done !! Everyone's Happy

Day & Knight installed cupboards and shelving, plus an entertainment unit across four alcoves either side of two chimney breasts. Delighted with the quality of their work; Jonathan provided useful advice and insight to maximise the shelving and cupboard storage space whilst achieving a visually impressive end result. Charlie and James worked diligently and kept me informed throughout the installation. Everything completed on time and to budget. The end result is simply superb - love the quality and the way everything is so beautifully fitted and aligned. So pleased with a complete study refit that Day & Knight did for us some years ago, we had no hesitation in asking them to design a coat cupboard in our entrance hall. The remit was quite specific to give the effect of just a continuation of the wall. It was also to be quite limited in depth but with undermounted pull out clothes hangers for easy access. It's perfect! The workmanship is excellent and Jonathan and Charlie are very professional and great guys to work with. I would highly recommend.
