We wanted to find a company that made bespoke designed furniture for our office/dressing room. I came across Day & Knight online, and I have to admit they exceeded expectations across the board. We are very impressed with the workmanship, customer relationship and honesty that is delivered by this father and son business. I would strongly recommend them and would use them again for any future work that I need.

He was very thorough with his design and, in many ways, it was great to see a carefully hand drawn design, which we could relate to. He offered us local addresses that would also offer testimonials. We followed these up and they were full of praise. The quality of his work is excellent and good value for money. His customer service was very good. Everyone was completed on time, with no mess, on budget and to a high quality. He brought in quality tradesmen to manage other parts of the project e.g. electrics and decorating, and the whole project was well managed by Jonathan's team. We are absolutely thrilled with our new bedroom - Jonathan has transformed it! Thoroughly recommend and would definitely use again.

This is the second time we have Jonathan and we continue to be impressed by both his work and his attitude. Jonathan built some cupboards into the chimney recesses of our front room and also a standalone side board unit. The work was finished on time and slightly lower than budget. Thanks!

Jonathan has installed both a fitted bedroom wardrobe and a home office desk in the last few years. For both jobs, we had specific requirements, which Jonathan was able to deliver to our full satisfaction. Both jobs were completed without any issues and were completed to a very high standard. We used Jonathan to fit an office for us in December 2013. Jonathan took great care to really listen to our needs and to make a bespoke design that fitted both our lives and our space - rather than just selling the average sized units that so many other companies offer. He did not pressure us for speedy decisions, but made sure we really had a good feel for what he could provide. He always arrived exactly when he said he would for both design and construction appointments - and the work was done quickly and cleanly. We have been thrilled with the result, and after a year of use the quality of the fitments has been proved to be second to none. On top of this, we found Jonathan's quote to be very competitive, with no hidden extras emerging during the process. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We are now having our third room fitted out using Day & Knight. The first bedroom was fitted out in 2007, the second in 2009 and now we are having some units fitted in the living room. We haven't even approached anyone else to do the job because Day & Knight do such a superb job there was just no question about who we were going to ask to do the work for us. I am also a wheelchair user and at every stage of every job my specific needs have always been priority, both at the design stage and also whilst the work was being done. They set their own standard of workmanship so high that it clearly shows in the quality of their results. We recommend them without hesitation.

Jonathan and his team arrived exactly when they said they would, installed fitted units in my small bedroom so space was at a premium. They finished when they said they would and left the place clean and clear. All I can say is that they did a real professional job. My only tiny criticism is that I would have liked CAD visualisation in addition to Jonathan's drawings but it really didn't matter in the end - job was great.

I engaged them to get a quote for design and fit of a dressing room (previously 4th bedroom knocked into the master) and was so delighted to meet Jonathan. He spent hours looking at our clothes and the spread of lengths and requirements we had and came up with a design. We then spent a while going through some tweaks and he gave us some great advice to focus us on what exactly it was that we were trying to achieve. We designed our own doors, to compliment drawer units we had in the main bedroom and he was very patient with me while I made a decision. To this point, there was still no commitment or pressure to buy - it was all about customer service. We placed the order and he kept me informed at all stages. The work was completed by Charlie who is as charming and helpful as his Dad and showed the utmost respect for our house, and the finished result is simply stunning. He really cared about what he was doing and it was a pleasure dealing with both of them. Hats off to Ken too for doing all the prep work and then finishing up at the end. He even sorted out the final touches for us, like arranging an electrician to move a light fitting and getting our shower fan fixed (totally unrelated but when we mentioned it, he was happy to help), which we've been meaning to do for years! So all in all, I would HIGHLY recommend Day & Knight. Lovely gentlemen, superb workmanship and the final result is more than I could have ever dreamed of. Thank you so much!!

Jonathan and Charlie designed and installed a dressing room for me . I am absolutely delighted With minimum disruption they worked quickly and efficiently . They arrived exactly when they said they would and completed the job early . The finished product is excellent and had made maximum use of the available space .
