The team arrived on time and were very respectfull of our property getting to work effectively and efficiently. They were very tidy and work proud. At the end of the installation they hit a political snag with the company who supplied the equipment who would not let them commission the equipment. Although this was embarrassing for the installers, gone solar came up with a solution that was to our satisfaction and replaced the enphase equipment with solax and as a way of appolagy, fitted extra battery storage and nocked a sum off the bill showing that customer satisfaction is a high priority. We could not be happier with our system and would not hesitate recommending gone solar to others looking for a system.

Gone solar installed solar panels on the roof of our barn and we could not be happier with the service provided which was faultless from start to finish. We had called in to the office to enquire generally about solar panels and were provided with clear helpful information- there was no hard sell. That initial contact was followed up with a site visit and a detailed quotation. Once we had accepted the quote we were given a date for the installation. Prior to installation the installers called round to introduce themselves and to explain timings and the process. The installation took place on the scheduled date and the installation team did an amazing job. We highly recommend go solar.

Very pleased with the whole installation process. Good preliminary discussion followed by site visit. All queries were answered promptly and clearly. The work was professionally done, with nothing left behind to clear up. Have only had the panels for just over a week, but very impressed with their performance.

We received a prompt response to our request for a quote for solar installation, including on-site presence of senior manager to understand our needs. This was followed quickly by a full written quote. The team were responsive to any queries, via phone, email and face-to-face. The office-based administration was remarkably efficient, with all necessary paperwork with suppliers performed on our behalf. Work started on the planned date, with all aspects of interior and exterior work delivered with limited disruption. Subcontracted installers and scaffold staff were provided and managed by the company and were personable, professional and efficient. We would strongly recommend using this company. They did not provide the cheapest quote but they were competitive and their professional approach to the quotation gave us confidence to place our contract with them and we are glad that we did.

We have been delighted with service from the initial enquiry, quick responses and always helpful, followed up with email information/confirmation. If they were unable to contact us by phone it was always followed up by email. Everything arrived as expected and the day of installation was excellent. Gone Solar were the very helpful from the start and easy to communicate with. Their pricing was competitive and I preferred their equipment and installation plans to other quotes. All the work was carried out on schedule with one slight delay due to an issue with my existing fuse board which Gone Solar were able to resolve. The workmen were very approachable and wiling to answer any queries I had about installation and equipment. I have been very happy with the neatness of the installation and the follow up communication to get the necessary certification for feedback tariff to the National Grid. Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending Gone Solar.

Our PV and storage solution has been installed to a high standard and is working well. Communication was good throughout, though when the installation was delayed a couple of times due to weather a bit more explanation would have been helpful (it wasn't the weather at my location it was a knock on from earlier jobs, I didn't find that out until later). I had asked for solution slightly different from their proposal and there was a minor issue with the required equipment not being delivered but this was soon dealt with. Overall, despite the hiccups, I am very happy with solution and the way it was installed.
