Dean and his team fitted new fascia's, soffits and guttering to the front and rear of my property. From first contact through to completion they explained the work, provided me with options to make decisions and were thoroughly polite throughout. Everything was left clean and tidy and the work was completed to a high standard. I would recommend Ranguard to anyone! Thank you.

Contacted Ranguard and they arrived as promised to survey the requested work, price and lead time. After accepting the quote I was given a date and time. Dean and Ian arrived on time and immediately commencement removing the existing roof panels. Lead flashing, new roof panels and retaining bars, plus other associated fittings were completed to ensure the roof was completely weather proof. The whole project was executed professionally and completed in one day. Both Dean and Ian were polite and explained the various stages throughout, even fitting extra panelling that was not mentioned in the original quote. On completion, they cleaned all the areas and removed the old materials from the worksite. I highly recommend this company and their quote was very competitive compared to other companies.

We got Dean and his team in to fix some leaking guttering and damaged soffits and fasciae on our three-bed semi in Watford. Of all the roofers who gave us a quote, only Dean made a thorough assessment of the existing rainwater goods, and appraised us of all our options to rectify them and the longevity of each, including repairs to and restoration of the existing woodwork, full replacement with PVC, or over-cladding, which is the option we went for. He and the team then made an excellent, timely job of the installation, tidy disposal of waste goods and left the site clean and tidy. We were delighted with the finished work (not least since it ipsed it down for two weeks solid afterwards!). I recommend Ranguard without reservation.

Dean and his team completed ground lowering and drainage works to solve some water/damp ingress into our front room from an external wall, and I can’t praise them enough. They explained things thoroughly during the quote phase, provided a non-invasive solution at a competitive price, and completed the work to an excellent standard, including clear-up afterwards: the final price was per their quotation. All the team were efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be asking them back to do some other much needed external and internal house maintenance work.

I engaged Ranguard to undertake the repainting of all the exterior for my 3 bedroom house in St Albans (and on the back of that to put in some shelving & storage). And I have to say they did an absolutely fantastic job for me! Dean and Amie and their work partner Ian make an amazing team. I know I can be a bit pernickity sometimes about getting accurate quotes and understanding them thoroughly before the work commences. But they were very patient with me and even came back on-site to help me understand how the work would be carried out. Quite a few of the windows where completely rotten and had to be replaced and Ian turned out to be a superb joiner and carpenter. They were meticulous in the work they did and took great pride in doing the job properly. They were flexible when we ran into to a few inevitable glitches and came up with better and creative solutions to fix the problem. They cleaned up after themselves and went the extra mile to make sure that you were happy with their work. Their only requirement was to be supplied with a regular top-up of tea! I cannot recommend them highly enough and I would be delighted to have them do more work for me in the future.
