Thank you for your feedback with reference to the two traditional wing back chairs from the 1960s . On stripping the old cover off we found that the chairs had been 'bodged' up and that there was the original wool Mouquet under the top cover . The wing chairs were taken back to the frame and completely re-upholstered to the latest fire retardant regulations, and I am sure that our customer was left sitting comfortably

The Parker Knoll wing chair is a classic design that will never go out of date It is so well made when re-upholstered it is as good as new , and will last for many years to come. We are also pleased that our customer would recommend us .

It is great when our customers come back to us , it proves that we are still offering a reliable local service after many years and that you would recommend us without hesitation.

We specialize in traditional antique re-upholstery and use original skills passed on through the ages. The chair was reupholstered in soft chenille, when working on antique upholstery we always use traditional fillings such as horsehair and cotton linter felt i.e. no foam.

Thanks for your review , once again only a small job the back leg of a small love seat was broken and has come away from the frame . Whilst the job was in our workshop we also strengthened the other back leg to make sure it would not need repairing in the the future
