Deeper Clean

On Friday 10th November my husband knocked over a full glass of red wine onto our pale, wool sitting room carpet. I found Deeper Clean on the trusted traders website and phoned Mike on Saturday morning. He arrived within hours to view the carpet and gave us a very honest appraisal of the chance of success of 20-30%. We decided that we would have to give it a try and Mike arrived on Tuesday. He is a very pleasant and polite man and spent a couple of hours trying to remove the stain. He has done a great job in fading and mostly removing a very difficult stain and I honestly believe he could not have done better. I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone who has quality carpets and likes to maintain their home to high standards.

Mike from Deeper Clean is professional from start to finish and goes the extra mile. We had a fridge fire in my parent's flat and obviously there was damage to the carpet with fire crews coming in and out. I called Mike and he came to look at the carpet and plan his response to it. He then came to clean it within two days and even stayed longer to make sure the carpet clean was up to his high standards. He even cleaned areas by hand to make sure it was treated properly before a machine was used. If you live in the Weston super Mare area you really must use Mike Orme and his company Deeper Clean. My parents Lord and Lady Cotter are delighted by the result! He goes the extra mile which is rare these days.

I had no previous experience of Mike Orme's work but found his firm online via a Google search. After a first visit, Mike, off his own initiative, visited two local companies to obtain goods which my home needed. This was done without charge and saved me needing to change a carpet. Mike then returned by appointment. He did an excellent job in cleaning several carpets, treated a few badly discoloured areas separately. He also identified some areas of moth onset - and dealt with that. In addition, he went out of his way to also clean chairs/upholstery from stains. He was a pleasure to have around my home - and worked around some out of place furniture etc. chaos left over after a recent family bereavement. All in all, I am very grateful and commend his service without reservation. He could not have been more helpful and left my home looking transformed. And all this at a very reasonable cost.

Mike was reccomended by our carpet fitter, He cleaned our hall stairs and landing carpet. The hall, with kitchen and dining room adjacent, required stains of various types removed. We were delighted with the result, particularly, as Mike returned promptly, without demur, to attend to a small matter which we raised, after the drying process. We in turn would recommend him without hesitation.

Very efficient service, arrived at allotted time, the carpets and sofa were cleaned and look like new. Mike new his job and at the end the price was as quoted even after doing two extra little mats.

I would like to recommend Mike Orme regarding his thorough and professional work in my house. Some of our rooms have light-coloured carpets laid about 24 years ago. They have suffered badly from a succession of dogs and children traipsing through. Mike managed to clean these thoroughly including areas which are very difficult to reach. We are delighted with the result and would not hesitate to use his services again.

We have used Mike Orme for many years and wouldn't dream of using another company. He always works extremely hard to provide the best possible service with which we are always delighted. His knowledge of the different materials used in the manufacture of carpets, rugs etc. is phenomenal, as is his knowledge of products likely to cause difficult stains, when he will, if necessary, attempt different cleaning agents to achieve desired result. Always friendly and totally reliable and will always do his utmost to fit one in when required.

Have used Deeper Clean many times. Wouldn't turn to anyone else. He s polite, friendly, takes great care of carpets and upholstery and all other household items. Nothing is too much trouble. Very reasonably priced. This occasion he cleaned only carpets, and was able to completely remove large red wine stain. Further stain appeared after he had finished and he kept returning until he had removed it.
