Del Bromley Plumbing, Heating and Gas Services

I first found Del in 2007 when I tried to remove a radiator and needed an emergency plumber on a Saturday. He was with me within 25 minutes. I’ve used Del since for several things but also boiler servicing every year. Reliable, professional, friendly, prompt, quick & cheap, recommended to many friends who’ve found the same. Del will even remind you when your Boiler service is due!

We contacted Del after failing to get a response from the plumber who had fitted the boiler. As always Del responded quickly and we arranged an appointment, sadly this appointment had to be changed as the main Gas supply was being worked on in the road and the gas would be off, Del was flexible to change his diary appointments to fit us in earlier. Del attended our rented flat and diagnosed the faults - flow valves closed down, air in one of the radiators and the boiler taps incorrectly set up. As always, a great service from Del. Thank you.

Del has been doing my annual service for a few years now. He’s reliable, punctual and helpful - not just servicing the boiler but helping me optimise the performance of the central heating and hot water. It’s a deluxe service, but his prices are modest - you can’t get better than this.

Fitted a new bath tap in nearly no time, for a reasonable price. Very amiable guy who I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

On this particular occasion there were lots of different elements (plumbing and heating) that we were requesting of Del. As always, he replies quickly to initial contact, books an appropriate time for the work, arrives on time and does a great piece of work. Del has carried out a number of different jobs for us over the years, always with a positive attitude, a great smile and a super laugh. A first class individual.

Firstly, Dell arrived on the day he said he would at the time he said he would, which is a real plus. Del replaced a failed cartridge in a bathroom tap and serviced my boiler. I tried doing the tap my self, but wasn't sure how much force I could use, or where, so left it to Del who deftly pulled the tap off and swapped it out. Del then serviced the boiler, explaining a valve wasn't sealing correctly, removing it to show me exactly where it was going wrong, and how he would fix it, then fixing it a reinstalling it. Del cleaned up the heat exchanger, put everything back together and ran a series of diagnostics checks to make sure it was working correctly. Start to finish was about 45 mins. Very happy with his on time arrival, professional approach, pricing and quality of work. I've already rebooked Del to carry out my mother's boiler service and highly recommend him to anyone needing a boiler service - which we all do or your home insurance is invalid (check the small print and don't get caught out).
