Dealing with Dencroft Garages Ltd has been trouble-free and a pleasure. Staff I have spoken to at the office have been friendly and informative, as were the staff at AAT Sheds and Garages Ltd who did the measuring, initial financial details and acted as a liaison between myself and Dencroft. Selecting the required garage and ordering it could not have been easier. The two men who delivered and built the garage, Rob and George, were brilliant. They worked hard with no fuss, were clearly skilled in what they were doing and were friendly, polite and happy to have the occasional short chat! They made a point of keeping me informed not only of progress but also of any on-site decisions that needed making. They left the site clean and tidy and even swept the chippings off the pavement where they had unloaded the garage panels. And..........no radio! Because I had been given clear notification and a plan of the garage I had ordered I ended up with exactly what I expected; stress free administration, great workmanship in the product and expert building. The garage looks really smart, just what I wanted. (I'll post photos at a later date, the rain is just pouring down today!) I would recommend Dencroft Garages Ltd and their associates ATT Sheds and Garages to anyone. I could not be happier with my new garage - thank you all!

We had our new garage fitted last week The fitters Robert & Carl were very dedicated workers and nothing was too much trouble - A credit to Dencroft !! Christine in the office was very informative and helpful We are very pleased with the garage and Thanks to all.

Dencroft arranged a site survey Dencroft helped with the specification with regard to my wishes. Dencroft gave me a quotation to the specification. Dencroft suggested a contractor to remove the old garage. Dencroft delivered the new garage on the day they gave me. Dencroft assembled the garage within the day and completed the build to specification. They left the site tidy. All the above was done to my satisfaction.

Good communication with the office. Garage of my choice erected within a day. Automatic door opener (with remote) fitted in a couple of hours a few days later. All went smoothly. I have now been using the garage for 6 months, for the car and for storage, and no problems. I would recommend Dencroft.

This company supplied me with a concrete garage. One of my main specifications for the build was that it would be DRY because of the nature of items to be stored in the garage. Over the months following the build, damp continued to be a problem but was assured by the builder that this was due to the concrete still curing. I bought a dehumidifier, which failed to make much difference. Earlier this month, I discovered pools of water in the garage and hundreds of pounds worth of equipment ruined (full of water). Water is clearly soaking along the cement roof (may as well be weetabix!) as well as running in around a window and in the "overlap" between roofing panels (not sealed properly?). Despite letters to Dencroft Garages, they still haven't even bothered to turn-up and investigate. They have asked for photographs of the problem (which I've sent), but they claim to be unable to "see the problem". I am now turning to solicitors for assistance.

Well built, good value for money Garage. Excellent service from Office staff to guys that put the garage up. All finished in approximately one and a half days. Guys worked really hard. Really pleased with the finished Garage.

My garage was refurbished quickly and professionally. They came on the day even though it was snowing. They took time to show me how best to use the new door and helped me to park my car for the first time. I am really pleased the the result.

From the initial call, through to completed installation, the service and quality of work has been superb. The roof was replaced with relatively no mess and the installers didn’t stop during the whole process. The respect they showed during this period of Tier Three restrictions was much appreciated. Thank you. The double glazed replacement window is of excellent quality too. No more leaks, no more worries about cement board, a gutter which works and down pipe which does its job! Even paying for the work was made into an easy and straightforward process. Thank you for a job well done.

After many years of living and botching our old wet garage, we took the financial plunge and have had a new garage made and installed by Dencroft. The guys who fitted were fun/courteous knowledgable and professional and we are absolutely delighted with the end product. Christine in the office is great from explaining our options and advising of our questions on the options/added extras. So happy we chose anti-condensation underlay and a uPVC window instead of wood. We can see why this company is part of which trusted traders with many positive reviews. The wait time is quite a while but all that says is how popular their buildings are, simple.

Needed to replace the old garage of the bungalow we had just moved into. Found Dencroft on the internet and so pleased we went with them. The salesman, Alan, wasn’t pushy and gave us all the information we needed and we were very happy with the quote. The job was completed with care and efficiency and I would definitely recommend this company.
