2 staff turned up on time, cleaned our grubby 3 piece suite which now looks new. cleaned 3 light coloured fitted carpets removing most of the stains and leaving an almost dry finish. Staff were extremely polite and helpful, moving heavy furniture on sliders. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely use them again. Great value for money.

I needed a black coffee stain removing from a beige carpet. I tried myself and was highly unsuccessful. I rang derby carpter cleaners and they got back to me really quickly. extremely helpful over the phone and honest about what they would be able to achieve. it was booked in within days. Laura arrived as agreed and was very professional and friendly. she was very efficient and achieved more than I had hoped. I would definately recommend.

Laura cleaned a dining room carpet which had long established stains and now there are no marks to be seen. I am very pleased. She explained what she would do and pointed out that high wear areas which had faded could not be remedied. She arrived on time, obviously knew what she was doing, and completed the job within the time planned. Most of the carpet was dry within an hour as promised but a small unworn section with longer pile needed longer. I booked on-line and had very prompt responses from Keith to agree the quote and the time for the job.

We contracted Laura to clean our 14yr old cream carpet after she had performed a clean on my mother-in-laws’ carpet. Nine years of grandkids had left their toll on our carpet and TBH I did not expect the result to be as good as it turned out to be. In contrast to a previous clean we had done, the carpeting was left dry enough to walk on. Well worth the cost plus she did return to clear up a few spots which had proved stubborn. Professional and knowledgeable service. Would definitely recommend ✅

I was moving into a property where a previous tenant had used some sort of horrible chemical to "clean" the carpets and was not able to move in. I called Keith and explained the situation and he understood completely and explained their process and put my mind at ease.
