Design Time Nottingham Limited

Firstly I would like to thank the customer for the kind comments on the bathroom design service we offer, Ashlea takes great pride in her work and is an asset to our company. Unfortunately the customer had a leak on the wet-room floor (of the initial bathroom we installed) due to product failure which has been acknowledged and replaced by the manufacturer. Despite being significantly outside of the warranty period we have recently rectified the issue on his behalf at considerable time & cost to ourselves. The fit team, the customer refers to as being "installed well below the standard he expected, causing stress, issues with quality of workmanship with a lack of attention to detail" was the initial bathroom we installed, if the experience was as described would a customer come back and have a second bathroom installed - obviously not. This a complete contradiction. Unfortunately there is quite a lot the customer has missed out, and most frustratingly the fact that we replaced the faulty tray outside of the warranty period at no cost, so this whole situation is frankly bizarre and under the circumstances quite upsetting for the Design Time team who have worked so hard and gone way above and beyond. Sadly I feel his account of the facts are quite different to reality and therefore feel this review is completely unfair, unjustified and an abuse of the system. We are currently providing Which with a full breakdown of the events and communication so they can assess how best to proceed.
