The bathroom design service provided by this company was excellent. The designer (Ashlea) took the time to understand our requirements and produced a high-quality design that we were very happy with. Unfortunately, the installation of two wet rooms were very different experiences. The en suite was completed to a high standard - excellent installation and professional team. The wet room installation fitted by a different installation team from DesignTime fell well below the standard we expected. There were numerous issues with the quality of workmanship, a lack of attention to detail, and several problems that required further visits to rectify. The installation process became stressful and time-consuming, with many avoidable mistakes causing unnecessary disruption and damage. It is disappointing that such a well-designed room was undermined by poor fitting standards. Based on our experience, I would rate the design service highly, but feel the company needs to significantly improve the quality control, supervision, and standard of its installation work as a customer will get very different results and experience depending which team installs. Customer service mixed with elements of professional, helpful communication to sort issues combined with other communication with rudeness.
