Our first experience of DB and very happy with both the result and the value. The job we wanted was a fitted wardrobe in the small bedroom/boxroom of our "4 bedroom" house. We first visited their showroom and were impressed by the build quality f the furniture and the absence of pressure to buy, so made an appointment for Keith to visit our home. Keith rapidly developed a design to meet our needs and we showed him some cupboards fitted in another bedroom around 12 years ago where the film on the doors had started falling off. He proposed replacing the doors and offered to give a price for that as well. Again, no pressure to sign up and he e-mailed drawings and costs to us a couple of days later. We ordered and paid a deposit (<20%), then Josh came to take detailed measurements. We wanted to defer fitting as we were going away for 6 weeks and wanted to decorate the room before fitting, which DB accepted without problem. On the agreed fitting date, Josh and Luke arrived to lay dustsheets, carry all materials upstairs and remove the old failed doors to take away. Luke the left and Josh fitted the replacement doors and broke the back of installing the new cupboard. The following morning, he finished the job, cleared up thoroughly and left. All personnel were friendly and tidy about their work throughout. They invariably arrived at the agreed time. We are very happy with the result and the 10 year guarantee covering materials and workmanship.

We used Designer Bedrooms last year. We were so happy with our room we have just had another bedroom fitted. From start to finish it has been hassle free. The whole service it perfect from the first visit with Keith to being fitted with Josh. Highly recommend Designer Bedrooms, wouldn't use anyone else!

From making the call to the final fitting everything was completely finished. The designes from Keith were absolutely fantastic and not expected at all. He gave ample time and opportunity to change anything. The fitters arrived on time and worked non stop, enquired if all was ok before beginning the next stage. They cleaned, vacuumed and tidied after themselves. 10 year guarantee added bonus

The quality of the furniture for two bedrooms was excellent & completed within the time scale quoted. The fitters Paul & Josh were extremely polite & courteous, a pleasure to have them working for us. The price was very reasonable & unlike some of the bigger companies that we had quotes from there was no pressure whatsoever to sign up with them. Chose a local company, following recommendation to complete our bedroom fitted wardrobes. Good quality and value for money - very pleased with end product from beginning to providing plans and fitting wardrobes, would recommend and hope to use again.

I had fitted wardrobes removed (34 years old) and new lovely wardrobes fitted. The work men arrived when they said they would, the old wardrobes removed efficiently and with care. Josh, who fitted the wardrobes, worked hard all day. He was efficient, caring and extremely helpful, a pleasure to have in the house. Lovely product well installed. I was left with a clean bedroom ready for the new carpet.

I had a laundry room and small bedroom installation recently and all I can say is Wow! It is absolutely gorgeous. I love all of it. Everybody at DB were great - Keith, who first came round to plan it all had even better ideas than I had even thought of. It was then all fined tuned at the survey and a couple of small ideas made all the difference. The delivery guys and fitters were so friendly, polite, very tidy and really great. I enjoyed meeting all of them and it was a pleasure from start to finish. I am busy showing off my rooms and have told all my friends and family to use them in the future. We have used DB Previously in our bedroom, we have had our loft converted and without hesitation we knew where we was going to get out next set of bedroom furniture. Keith then came to measure we discussed options , took everything into consideration what we wanted. Drew then plans got back to us, we wanted a couple of things tweaked ( personal choices), no problem he did it. Love the choices you get on colour, no job too big or too small for them. The quality of the furniture is fantastic. We had Josh as our fitter, top lad , another guy helped deliver it all lovely guy too both really respectful of your home ( sorry can’t remember his name). Clean tidy and did a lovely job, also kept me informed and worked with me on what we wanted ( height of dressing table). We are so happy with the finished result just what we wanted. We were trying to reuse our bedside cabinets and headboard unfortunately colour as slightly changed in the last 6 years or so, but customer service outstanding they are sorting that for us too.
