Although he was not bale to come immediately, he assured me he would come to clear my blocked toilets later in the day, no matter what time. He arrived at his estimated time of 5pm and efficiently diagnosed the problem which he then sorted, in a professional and competent way.

I called Dale on a Sunday Morning with what I thought was a minor drain blockage. We agreed on a Tuesday appointment to resolve the problem. Three hours later, use of the washing machine resulted in water flooding the downstairs toilet. I called Dale and within the hour he was outside the door to solve the problem. Dale was very professional, friendly, and happy to provide advice. Great Job Done!

Dale liaised with the estate agent in order to carry out a pre-purchase cctv drain survey on an older property. A number of issues were identified and a comprehensive report supplied. After completion of the purchase he returned to carry out the necessary works specified in the report. He was friendly, helpful and competent. He kept the work area clean and tidy and was very aware of any health and safety issues.His work appears to be of a high standard and he clearly take a pride in what he does. I would be happy to employ him again should I need any works carried out on any other drains.

It's rare to find a drain services company that you can trust. They did a thorough, professional and quick job (unblocked our kitchen drain), explained the cause of the blockage and explained how we could prevent it from happening again. They also stuck to the quoted price! My past experiences had been to use the pressure jet immediately and whack on extra £100 for the privilege!

We needed a drain cleaning contractor urgently and saw that DDS were a Which Trusted Trader, they were on site within 1 hour of calling them and professionally dealt with the problem. Clearing the blocked drain and the tree roots that had caused the trouble. Dale of DDS was friendly and courteous and additionally explained cause, remedy and how to prevent the problem reoccurring. He removed all the old roots and other debris and completely cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommended.
