I have used DGP Heating and Plumbing Ltd for a number of years. Dan replaced the unvented hot water cylinder @4-5 years ago and did a very neat and tidy job of the installation. The pipework looks amazing, and the whole experience was excellent. With that in mind, I used Dan again to replace and upgrade all the radiators in the house at the end of last year (2025). Communication was first class, and the works were completed to schedule. Nothing was too much trouble, and as before, the quality of workmanship was of a very high standard. Before leaving, Dan ensured all the rooms were left clean and free from dust and debris, and the heating system was running efficiently. I can therefore highly recommend DGP Heating and Plumbing Ltd, and will continue to use them as my 'go to' for maintaining and servicing the heating and hot water system.

Dan relocated a radiator for us and was efficient, tidy and friendly. He explained if I had any questions, the job was done very well, and he ensured the heating system/other radiators were back up and running before he considered the job finished. He also kindly advised on a small other issue before leaving, which I really appreciated. Will be calling on him again. And his assistant was helpful at the beginning when I wasn't sure where to start! :-)

I have used DGP a number of times, both on a flat which I let and on my own home, including the installation of a new gas boiler around 3 years ago. Dan is always able to provide a prompt service and carries out a first-class job each time. Dan is very thorough in his work. In this case, once the zone valve body was replaced, he ensured that the whole system was functioning correctly, even being able to fix a problem radiator which had not worked very effectively for some time. Dan always explains exactly what the job requires and, I know, would quickly be on hand should a problem arise afterwards, not that any such issues have arisen to date.

DGP Heating and Plumbing has carried out a number of works at our property over the past two years including a new boiler fitting, annual service of the boiler a year later and a recent cloakroom corner sink unit replacement. Dan is always very friendly and trustworthy and prices are always competitive. All work are completed to a very high standard and always to the quoted price – as you would expect from a quality service provider. I cannot recommend DGP Heating and Plumbing highly enough.

Our old boiler needed replacing having served us well for many years. I initially contacted Dan via email to arrange a site visit. I was impressed by Dan’s communication throughout as we needed to re-site the boilers location, so effectively this was a fresh installation. Druggets were laid down to protect carpets before beginning work and all rubbish including the old boiler were taken away. I found Dan to be very affable and I am very pleased with the installation and plan to have further work done by him going forwards.

Dan , serviced the boiler. It was completed on the agreed date and time. This was carried out very satisfactory. Unfortunately I need a new pump for the underfloor heating system. I have been told the price and when it will be completed which I have agreed to . After the pump has been fixed, I will be using DGP again next year. I find DGP a very trustworthy firm.

Clean and tidy installation, applied carpet protection to hall, landing and stairs on arrival which was very professional. We had long term issues with our heating in a complex house and a number of previous tradespeople had failed the spot the cause. Dan assessed how to revive radiators that were previously stone-cold or luke-warm and how to stop the system filling in reverse. Cost effective work, because the system is working more efficiently and all zones are warmer. Polite, accurate fixes done right first time by his employee.

Asked around our friends for a recommendation as our previous "go to" heating engineer had retired. DGP's name came up and we have used them for boiler repair and service and radiator valve repair and replacement jobs over the last six months. All work has been completed promptly and professionally with honest, knowledgeable assessments of the issues and repairs implemented smoothly and on time. To be honest I don't think they're the cheapest but paying more for great service and peace of mind is more than worth it and we will be happy to use them again in the future.
