Dave & Rachelle are knowledgeable, responsive and thorough. We could not have asked for more. We have had the whole house done and they helped us select, then source and fit, LVT, Carpet and Vinyl flooring all of which is of good quality and stunning.

Cannot thank DH flooring enough for doing our project in stages across 2024 & different invoices starting with new carpet on the stairs, landing and in the bedrooms. The service was fantastic from the start, being shown carpet samples suitable to our budget, in the build up with the communication prior to install & finally the install itself. Rach and Dave were also happy to wear facemasks when visiting to see our house and show the samples as I am currently going through cancer treatment which was very much appreciated & then fit a booking in around my treatment. The second part of our install was new laminate flooring throughout the ground floor of the house. Even with the snag of our kitchen installer saying that he’d communicate with DH Flooring to arrange getting the flooring down which then wasn’t done, thankfully the guys were able to work around helping us move electrical items around to get the flooring down and fitted. Every member of the team involved in the installs were friendly and respectful of my current health situation. Rach from an admin point of view was great, easy to contact & arrange things with, overall everything ran smoothly with DH Flooring

It was a hard task choosing flooring and especially the flooring provider/fitter. I had a few companies to come and quote my whole house needing flooring and by far the best when Rachel and Dave came out. They were super thorough, clearly knew what they were talking about and some. Gave options, worked with my budget. Communication was crystal clear from start to finish, they were even flexible when I had delays on building work so very accommodating. Thank you once again to all the team at DH Flooring for delivering another great job for us. They were our only port of call for new carpets upstairs in our house, as we had been so pleased with them when they laid LVT downstairs earlier this year. We honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience with DH Flooring. From first contact, Rachelle and Dave were so friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. Rachelle quickly organised a home visit and they gave us great advice, brought loads of samples to choose from, and really understood what we were after. Rachelle then gave us a range of quotes to choose from, with differing floor types/patterns which really helped our decision making. When it came to fitting, Dave and CJ were fantastic — on time, professional, and clearly took real pride in their work. They were tidy, polite and made the whole process stress free - we were at work so we barely saw them and they just got on with the job, with Rachelle and Dave giving us updates at the end of each day. Most importantly, our new flooring looks absolutely amazing and has completely transformed our downstairs.
