Suresh has done a fantastic job with a full rewire of our elderly mums house, we could not be happier or more grateful for his help, advice and attention to detail. It all started with a leaking shower unit which kept tripping the electricity. Suresh came when he said he would, identified the problem and put us in touch with someone who could rectify the leaking shower so that he could then attend to the electrical problems. As the wiring was so old we decided that a full house rewire was the safest option as mum relies on an electric stair lift, bed and chair. Suresh explained the whole process in detail and came up with a lot of suggestions regarding the position of sockets , lights and switches which have made things much easier for mum. He is a very considerate, patient and respectful man who works to a very high standard. Both Suresh and John have been great at putting mum at ease and their work is second to none. Had a simple plug rewiring job and he fixed it very quickly and talked me through the process well so I feel confident to do it myself for next time, overall very efficient and quick to come out to help, will definitely be using them in the future!

We wanted some new plugs fitted in our 1886 Victorian terrace house in Sunderland. My wife found Diamond Electrical and Suresh came out to our home promptly. Suresh advised he could do the work and gave us an estimate of three days, he asked us to consider a rewire on top of what we needed doing, he explained in detail how this could be accomplished and left us to think about it. There was absolutly no pressure from Suresh and we decided based upon his advise to go for it. Suresh and John ended up completing the work in only two days opposed to three, which was brilliant. After every day they cleaned up any mess made and made sure we were happy. Upon completion of the works Suresh left the old sockets dead by turning them off at the board, this was done to make sure there were no surprises to come before he cut the old cabling completely. Suresh returned (free of charge) today and cut the old wire, took off the old sockets, and cleaned up all the mess. I could not recommend Diamond Electrical enough, I've been left with peace of mind about the work undertaken and we will be having Suresh and team back for the other electrical work we need doing down the line.
