One of my bedroom window panes cracked, and the first company I contacted informed me that they would need to replace the whole frame. I then got in touch with Kevin who offered to replace just the damaged window pane and, when he visited my flat to undertake the work, he left no mess and completed the job in a short period of time. He replied to all of my emails promptly, and the cost was a lot less than I was expecting. I would highly recommend Diamond Glass & Glazing Southern Ltd!

Excellent service. Kevin supplied a prompt quote, kept me informed about the progress of the replacement part needed and carried out the work efficiently (squeezing the job into his last working day before Christmas as he knew I was anxious to get it done asap). So glad to have found a glazing company I can recommend and use in future.

Kevin replaced the lock on the back door leading onto the garden. The old one had seized up and the door could not be opened. Initially a temporary replacement lock was installed but soon after the full replacement lock was fitted. Kevin kept to his appointment times and completed the work without any mess. I would definitely use him again.

Needed replacements for two wood framed single glazed units. Kevin responded very promptly to my enquiry visited on time and with a prompt quote for the work. Despite the difficult trading conditions that are prevalent at this time gave a quote with a with an acceptable time frame with reasonable price. Attended to complete the job on time work was to very high standard and work area tidied and left clean after completion. Very satisfied with the work and would recommend unhesitatingly.

I have a fairly old Anglian double-glazed composite front door for which the spring in the internal lock had broken. Kevin inspected the lock and, as it was no longer a standard available lock, spent a great deal of time sourcing a replacement lock for us. The spring had also broken in the outside "paddle-style" handle and Kevin took all the measurements and again spent time sourcing a near identical replacement. When one of the original bolt screws then became worn soon afterwards Kevin returned the same day we made the call and replaced it free of charge. Every time Kevin strictly followed Covid-19 protocols and laid a sheet down to protect our front porch wooden flooring.

Really impressed with the service. On his arrival the house wasn’t occupied and he text and rang me to let me know he was there. He explained and showed me what the problem was with the lock, before fixing it. He was helpful and polite and I would easily recommend his services to others.

My mum's front door refused to lock and she couldn't be left in that vulnerable situation. Kevin was the second locksmith I called. He was polite, asked me to send him photos of the lock. He came out immediately (unlike first co. I rang). Kevin offered a possible temporary solution if not repairable, then return the next day, a price for both scenarios. Kevin arrived within 40 minutes, the solution was very simple, therefore fixed within seconds and the cost less than quoted. Very pleased. Thanks, will use in future.
