E-mailed and phoned this Which? Trusted Trader for roof repairs and got no response. Poor show! Not sure I’d use the Trusted Trader website again.

Sorry to hear this as there is someone in the office from 6am until 4.30/5pm, the telephones are always answered, unless there is a technical fault, in which we have experienced a lot of since having a cloud system installed. As far as emailing us, I usually respond, so whether I have overlooked this, I just don't know, but very unusual. I have looked back on my emails and cannot really see one that I have not responded to. I do apologise for any inconvenience caused.

After the bad storms, tiles came off the roof and water was leaking into house. They fixed the tiles and we also had a problem with our chimney (which they knew about previously) so at the same time we had our chimney removed. They were really good value for money and were extremely quick. Very professional and tidy. When she saw them a few weeks later they remembered my name – very personable
