I have used the company previously for a couple of minor jobs, and so when it came to replacing an old system (boiler & 7 radiators) DLW were my first consideration. The estimate was very reasonable both as to price & time. Dave & his lads came promptly on the day, & completed all the work (including clearing up afterwards) within the day. I'm very pleased with everything and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for a very professional & efficient service.

I was looking to replace my 23 year old gas boiler with an up to date new system giving improved efficiency. Dave visited the property, reviewed the existing system and made recommendations for a new system involving the installation of a Vaillant Combi boiler and replacement of all the radiators (which were 45 years old and badly silted). A detailed and professional quote were supplied within a few days. After obtaining an alternative quote I decided to use Dave, based on his quote and the recommendation of a friend in my village. A few weeks later he and his two sons came to do the installation, at the promised time, and it took about four days, mainly due to the large amount of work required to do the radiators. The work was carried out to a high quality and with the mininum possible disruption. Floor coverings were used to protect carpets and no mess was left. All of the old materials were promptly disposed of. Dave and his two sons provided a high level of friendly customer service. I have waited six months to assess the system, particularly through the winter months, and am pleased to report that it is working very well with good energy savings. My house is now a lot warmer, is easier to control the temperature of, and the hot water quality and flow is much better. Overall, I can highly recommend DLW Heating and will continue to use them for annual servicing.

Have just had my boiler serviced by this company. Attended on the date and time arranged and the price paid was the price quoted. Courteous and considerate to my property and myself. I was after a new boiler fit and this company DLW plumbers was recommended by a number of people in this area, so I requested a quote to fit a new boiler and remove the old system completely removing all waste accordingly, and they did exactly as requested and quicker then agreed leaving no waste or areas contaminated I'd fully recommend to anyone.

My heating was coming on with the hot water, and I thought it might be the diverter valve. Mr Withers answered my initial text query on holiday and advised when to ring when he was back. Arranging the appointment was simple, and Mr Withers turned up as expected. There were a few more issues found with the boiler and this was sorted during the appointment, all for a reasonable price.

I arranged for Dave to service my combi boiler recently and he attended on time without issue. He did message ahead to confirm everything was still ok which was helpful. His work was first class and had a highly professional approach. He finished the service in a timely manner and completed all the paperwork to allow our warranty to continue. I would have no hesitation in recommending him for any plumbing work in the future.
