I cannot recommend this company enough, came to my home to look at boiler on Monday, got a very reasonable quote, and the boiler was replaced today(Wednesday). The young man that came (Andy) was very polite, professional and efficient and explained everything clearly and left the property very clean and tidy, would definitely recommend Andy and this company

I'd had a company who'd I used in the past to quote me for a leak from my boiler and got a price and repair part list that was basically unattainable for us! I contacted Dodsworth for a 2nd opinion after a good friend of mine recommended the company after she'd used them and I wanted to see if everything i'd been quoted for was necessary. The thoroughness that was given not only on the initial inspection by Billy my engineer but all the way through the service was excellent and after a few head scratches as to what was causing our problem they went above and beyond to fix the issue. They were adamant that a long list of parts wasn't necessary and they gave me reassurance that if I had anymore issues that they were only a phone call away! Would definitely recommend and will be using there services again in the future!

First impressions matter and Dodsworth Gas Services gave a great first impression. I was impressed by the empathy expressed in response to the news that our boiler was exhibiting some terminal symptoms and Darren was able to visit and make an assessment as quickly as possible. He confirmed that the boiler would heat no more. The survey determined that we could have an appropriately rated replacement boiler installed within an agreeable time frame over a 2 day maximum period. We had quotes from other plumbers on the Which trusted trader list that weren't already busy for the entire month and Darren was able to reschedule his team and ongoing commitments to help us restore heating with a top rated system. Price wise, Dodsworth wasn't the cheapest, but we didn't want a budget system. We have a great system that we are confident will perform reliably and consistently for many years. Friendliness of all the team involved was very refreshing, and professional. We felt very comfortable throughout our initial meeting, the quote process the installation and anticipate this to continue through the years of our continued relationship. Every care was taken to ensure our property was protected, that our safety was ensured, that redundant materials and equipment removed professionally and in a timely manner. Any appointments or expected arrival times were confirmed and honoured. We are entirely confident in recommending Dodsworths Gas Services for service, quality and value.

We had our old system boiler removed and a new bosch boiler fitted with a smart thermostat by Darren and Ben. They first assessed the home to see what we would need and sent us a quote. They offered honest advice on the installation and were able to give us a date very quickly. Whilst carrying out the work they made sure that they tidied up after themselves throughout the job, and they went the extra mile to ensure everything was completed to the highest standard possible. They were also happy to assist us over the phone with any queries we had with using the app after it was installed. Overall great job! Would definitely recommend.

Darren was professional in explaining the reasons my boiler wasn’t fit to leave connected. He arranged for a new boiler fit within the next 2 days. Andy the boiler fitter was excellent. On time, left everything spotlessly clean, explained in detail how to work the boiler & made sure I was happy with his work before he left. Would highly recommend this company. Thank you guys

This business stands out as truly professional with customer focus with work delivered to a very high standard. Work completed: 1) Removed old separate water heater and boiler system, replaced with a modern Worchester combi boiler. Included redirecting and replacing pipes, updating gas feed, bricking up the old flume holes etc. 2) Replaced leaking kitchen tap 3) Installed new gas cooker The workers were professional and courteous at all times, Darren did the initial assessment and quote, both office and on-site team were very efficient and helpful. Very pleased with the outcome and happy to recommend this business.

Dodworth Gas Services have installed a new commercial boiler in our school, they also completed a full service of the others, they were very professional throughout and cleaned up and removed all their waste. We have booked in for some other work in the summer. Excellent.

Dodsworth Gas Services are absolutely brilliant! I needed new boiler and radiators and was not looking forward to the procedure! I was having the boiler fitted in my airing cupboard on the first floor landing, so they had to transport the gas to the first floor, and then create a flue through the loft and out onto the roof. I was very impressed by the skill and ability of Darren and Andy, and the speed at which they worked. They were obviously very knowledgeable and conscientious, and worked together brilliantly as a team. I am delighted with the result and would most definitely recommend this company.
