Our upstairs neighbour's washing machine flooded and we ended up with water coming through our kitchen light fixture and water patches all over our kitchen-dining room ceiling. We needed to call an electrician to disconnect our lighting as soon as possible. I called Neil and he came very quickly to disconnect our kitchen lighting. After a week, when our ceiling and the lighting fixture area dried out, he quickly came back and reconnected the kitchen light fixture for us. He is a very nice guy, quick and efficient and very reliable. I would absolutely recommend using him and also he charges a fair price for his excellent work.

We hired Neil to sort out a light fixture in our living room. We had a problem with a light bulb flickering now and again and also the whole 5-bulb fixture coming loose from the ceiling. He visited us and sorted things out and advised us on the safety situation and was most obliging and helpful. Neil also answered all our questions. He did an excellent job and already we have recommended him to a neighbour.

Neil supplied and fitted an extractor fan in our bathroom. This was to have been vented through the soffits but when he came to do this the soffits were too narrow for the vent, so after speaking to us Neil sourced a roof tile vent and came back another day to finish the job. He went out of his way to make sure the tile was going to be watertight by using a hosepipe to simulate rain and then sitting in the roof space for several minutes to make sure there were no leaks. He left everything clean and tidy. We were very pleased with the work.

Neil chased out channels on the chimney breast for TV cables and sockets. He threaded the cables into the channels and filled the wall, cleared up and tested that the TV worked. We were very pleased with the job and would definitely recommend Neil.

We needed the spotlights changing in our bathroom as they were outdated and difficult to change the bulbs. Neil came & offered a quote within a few days of contacting him. We found the quote to be reasonable and Neil was able to offer us a date to complete the work within a few days. He is a good timekeeper, polite and tidy. We are very happy with the upgraded lighting in our bathroom and we have asked him to upgrade some more lighting in the upstairs bedroom and loft spaces in the near future. We are very grateful that we had the work done, as Neil highlighted, that the wiring attached to the bathroom lights was burnt and would possibly have caused a housefire. We have no hesitation in recommending him, and using his services again.

Neil was very professional and explained how he was going to carry out the work and gave us a few options on fitting. He did an excellent job by hiding all the wires and the work was clean and finished on time. Would highly recommend him as he is very prompt with getting back to you with any queries and is very reliable.

Neil arrived on time and put in a good days work. Channelled walls to take all new plugs, cooker, oven, boiler,washing machine, dish washer, hot water supply etc. Installed new consumer unit and moved old one all new cables for all kitchen appliances fitted under floor. Moved some LED lights and installed six new ones. Fitted under cabinet lighting. Neil was very neat and tidy and came back to connect every thing up after new kitchen fitted. Very polite and trust worthy. Would have no hesitation to use again.

Neil arrived on time. He changed the fuseboard. Part of this involved running an earth to the water pipe. He went out of his way to find a way to do this in the tidiest way with the least amount of cable showing. He also renewed the power cable to the shed. He ran the cable very neatly along the house wall and under the doorstep and dug a channel from the house to the shed which he filled in - leaving a good smooth finish. He also completed all the remedials from a previous condition report. All the work was completed with care and attention and we would definitely recommend Neil.
