Gary installed a new shower for us. The work required the removal of existing tiling on one wall of our shower cubicle because a leak from an old shower valve had caused the wall to bend. Gary retiled the wall afterwards. He carried out the installation with great care and attention in a rather confined space. It was completed on time and on budget and we would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Gary Elliot of Domine Plumbing has been my ‘go to’ plumber for many years. He has done many jobs ranging from complete bathroom refurbishment to a washing machine leak. This last piece of work was a really speedy response and resolution of a bath blockage problem. Gary has done plumbing work for me for 10 years now. Most recently he renovated the bathrooms in my house. The work involved stripping out the old sanitary ware, moving pipework, laying underfloor heating, tiling and installing the new sanitary ware. Gary works hard & to very high standards. I'm really happy with the result and have no hesitation in recommending him.

I approached Gary because the local reviews were good. Not disappointed, it was a big project, new bathroom fit out. Gary was dedicated and completed the job to a high standard. Gary completed a number of jobs in a Tenanted flat and communal area, following a site visit to agree solutions ; showeroom plumbing installations, sealant, fitting kitchen wall cupboards and correcting previous kitchen cupboards gap fault, boarding a storage cupboard. Also, some work in property communal area including hall painting and fixing a fence on a wall top .. not exactly plumbing and heating but a great job done, thanks. RECOMMEND

They did a really professional job from initial quote to saying when he was available and sticking to it, to advising on the toilets and other bits we needed, helping us find workarounds what would work, what wouldn’t so we’ve ended up with exactly what we wanted. Would really recommend.

It was a difficult situation as the leak was not coming from the cistern, the only part easily accessible and all the plumbing was hidden behind tiled walls. To find the source of the leak with minimal destruction of the existing tiling, one tile was carefully taken out below the sink and the wall-hanged toilet was removed . Once the source was identified, the defectuous part was immediately replaced. Gary then reinstalled the toilet and the missing tile with great attention to details such as the colour of the silicone sealant. The place was left as it was before his intervention. It was a difficult situation and Gary did an excellent work. He was prompt to intervene and explained very well the specific difficulties and the different options.

Gary did a great job with installing our water filter. He's done multiple jobs for us now and is always efficient, reliable and prompt.

Gary was easy to contact and make an appointment. He arrived on time and completed the work in the time he had estimated to the price he had quoted. He had the required replacement parts to hand, tidied up after himself and took away his rubbish. Overall a pleasure to deal with.

Did a great job re sealing the shower tray. Looks great. Also help sort out a bit of tiling on the bathroom floor despite me springing it on him while he was there. Friendly, helpful, efficient. Can’t ask for more really.

Gary removed an old bathtub and pedestal sink, repaired and retiled in the area where the bath had been and installed a new vanity. He worked to schedule, starting when he agreed to start and finishing as planned. The job ran to budget. Gary was particularly helpful, a good communicator, tidy and considerate. I particularly appreciated that he was willing to work with my slightly complicated tiling design and the workmanship was very high quality.

Gary came to the rescue again recently to sort out two of our toilets which needed parts replacing. He was very helpful and sorted the problem speedily and professionally. Can definitely recommend.

I called Domine Plumbing when a stain appeared on the ceiling of my half basement dining room. We made an ointment for the day after next and Gary arrived promptly. He uncovered the leak in a section of lead piping and explained what needed to be done. He then exposed the entire length of piping which had been plastered into the wall in the under-stair cupboard. In the end he managed to thread new flexible piping through the existing conduit i the dining room and connect it to existing copper piping. He worked tidily and left the area he'd worked on free from debris and even dust. Courteous, clear and helpful (even warning me when when he opened a window, in case my cat make a break for it!) – definitely my go to plumber from now on.

Gary has been very helpful with sorting out replacement parts for our bath, as well as general advice in relation to our bathroom. He recently returned to fit new parts to the bath and did a fantastic job. Very professional, tidy and would highly recommend.

Gary came to replace a bathroom basin. He was able to visit quite quickly and worked methodically and carefully to remove the basin and some tiles. He was easy to have around and communication was good. After this he remained available over a number of weeks while I sourced tiles etc. I was very happy with his work, would call on him again and would recommend him to others. His charges were within the usual London rates.
