I'm an independent building surveyor and a fully qualified RPSA Building Surveyor, providing clear, impartial advice you can trust, backed by professional accreditation and years of hands-on experience across residential property.
I carry out the full range of RPSA surveys, including Home Buyer/Condition Surveys, Building Surveys, Buy-To-Let Surveys, and New-Build Snagging Inspections. I also offer Drone Surveys for roofs and hard-to-reach areas, and Ventilation Testing to ensure healthy indoor air quality.
I provide Retrofit Assessments for energy efficiency upgrades, including Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), helping homeowners improve comfort and reduce running costs.
