Gary quickly arranged to assess the work required after my call. He gave a full explanation and the work was completed within 2 weeks as agreed. The work was completed neatly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the result and excellent finish. Gary returned to explain the features of the door and to ask if we had any questions. Excellent service which I would recommend to others.

I called on a Friday lunchtime with a broken garage door. Gary arrived within the hour, gave a quote and was able to complete the repair on the spot. He was friendly and knowledgeable (even in the face of us having made the problem much worse in our attempts to close the door). He gave me a quote before work started, turned up on the day and time he said he would and serviced the door, adjusted operating spring and made other adjustments. We have just installed a new electric roller door on a large garage opening and was set on a particular brand. Gary visited us promptly and having looked at the project suggested we consider and alternative - a Warm Protection door - based on his experience. This was backed up by some online research and we are glad we changed our minds. The door was fitted within a couple of weeks to suit us and comments about the high standard of professionalism and workmanship mentioned in other reviews are spot on. We have been refurbishing our house over the past 18 months and feel we have a good sense of what each end of the spectrum looks like! Highly recommended.

Our garage door was ready for another repaint but, as it had seen better days, we decided to look into the probability of replacing it. Although our options were open, high on the list was an electric roller door. We've always used the garage for the purpose it was intended but, being fairly narrow, we could not consider any door where the frame would adversely affect access or even take a couple of inches off the overall length. We visited several showrooms but the sales staff didn't inspire much confidence about the products they had on offer or whether they would fit in with our criteria. Each time we came away wondering whether another tin of paint would be the best option of all. Then we spotted Doorman's entry in a local leaflet and gave them a ring. Gary came out the next day and talked us through their product. We placed an order immediately and it arrived the following week! Installation by Gary and Kenny was done in a very professional and friendly manner. They worked conscientiously and paid meticulous attention to detail and the final result is superb. We are extremely pleased with our new purchase and have no hesitation in fully recommending their services.

Gary removed my old door and fully installed a new system and surround. The transformation was outstanding and I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and workmanship. Gary worked to fit around me, happy to contact by email alone, came round to survey and discuss out of office hours to suit me. Worked out exactly what I needed and asked me the right questions and provided alternatives. No nonsense quote on the day of survey. Arranged a fit day to suit me, all installed smoothly and quickly.
