I was given a price over the phone, which did not change. Gary arrived on time, was polite, friendly and carefully explained what he needed to do to repair my garage door. He completed the repair in timely fashion, then explained how to operate the door correctly and the maintenance required to keep the roller springs and wires in good working order. Very impressive, I have no trouble recommending Gary.

Cannot fault this trader: a quick response (called late afternoon, he visited 9am next day), a sympathetic and customer focused understanding of the issue followed by a quick resolution. Gary is a personable man, clearly knowledgeable and tidy with it. He explained what he'd done and gave advice on avoiding future issues. Cost was exactly as quoted (and reasonable). Will be recommending him to neighbours and, if needed would be happy to use him again.

Gary came at the weekend to fix an old Henderson garage door. The bracket had come off the door and, therefore, off the hinges. Gary was able to fix this and provide a service which fixed other issues which would have become future problems. Reliable, professional and friendly service.

Very friendly and polite . Took away old door, swept up, checked we were satisfied with mechanism and ease of lifting door. Fitted a new surround frame to match our front door. Gary came at the appointed time, and carried out the repair works expertly. In addition, he fixed braces to the 2 doors where there were splits, which I had not previously noticed. The difference in the opening and closing of the doors is amazing! Gary also gave helpful advice on maintenance to help keep the mechanisms in optimum condition. His prices seem very reasonable. I can highly recommend him for this and other work!
