Came at agreed time. Friendly and professional workmen kept updated with how things were going. All done smoothly and cleaned up after them(better than I do) hoovering etc. Even replaced a broken vent in the bathroom when I asked. Will use them again.

The window arrived 5 days early and the team came the same day to replace my window. They were professional and very friendly, and made sure everything was finished to a high standard. In fact they left it tidier and cleaner than when they arrived! We had our front door changed and a French (garden) door installed in place of the existing kitchen window, as well as the old kitchen door removed and the opening bricked up. The process of selecting the product and planning the work was very straightforward. Company engineers/representatives were always on time and explained everything very well. The work (which took 2 days) was done smoothly, with good attention to detail and very clean. The installers were very professional and friendly, and finished everything off much better than we actually anticipated. And what was very important to us - on both days they were very punctual. All in all, we had a very good experience! I would be happy to provide pictures if there were a space for it.

They have done an excellent job of replacing 4 windows, they arrived on time and preceded to lay dust sheets before starting the work. They were extremely tidy and just got on with the job. From initial contact to the finished job, communication and proffessionalism has been outstanding. All the workmen are friendly and have an eye for detail. My home is a wonky barn conversion, so the job wasn't easy. They took their time to get it right and the result is lovely looking doors and windows. I am very pleased with them. We visited several suppliers to get quotes for our bespoke window. Immediately we felt confident that this was a company that cared. Quotation received within 24 hours and a survey carried out at a time that suited us. Very knowledgeable fitter came to take measurements and we were so confident in his expertise that we asked him to quote for re-siting our existing front door and a repair to an existing window. Quotation received promptly and because they use a local manufacturer there was just a 3 week wait for a bespoke frame to be made. Fitting appointment was made on confirmation of order and this appointment went ahead with Gully keeping in touch with progress. We were really impressed with Gary and Mark who did the fitting of the new window. They removed and re-sited our existing front door and this was not an easy job. They were really pleasant, they chatted to my husband about what they were doing, and were really efficient and tidy....sweeping up both inside and outside, you wouldn't have known they'd been there!! We cannot recommend highly enough, it is so reassuring in this age of shoddy and unqualified "tradesmen" to come across a local company who care and are true craftsmen. Thank you to you all.

We had a 17 year conservatory that had reached its useful life. We needed to upgrade to a warmer in winter and cooler in summer model but built on top of and using the existing foot print. The result is fantastic. We have all new glass, a bifold door on to the garden and a solid and well insulated roof with glass vents, warm and cheap to heat in winter and easy to cool in the spring and summer. The work was carried out professionally, timely and without disruption to the existing base. I would fully recommend Dable Glazing Direct.

We have had 20 replacement windows, a single door and bifold doors from Double Glazing Direct and are extremely pleased with the result. Gully and Marc are very knowledgeable and it was very helpful that they were able to explain why they use a particular trim or why a door style wouldn't work, rather than telling me I couldn't have it. Really impressed with the service by Double Glazing Direct Ltd, from initial quote to actually being fitted was 3 weeks, which was amazingly quick. The very detailed quote by Gully was emailed the day after he came to view the job, which entailed the replacement of 2 old sets of very drafty French doors at the rear of the house, plus 2 windows at the front, one of which is very large at 2.2m wide by 1.5m tall! All of the work was completed very efficiently & tidyly on the day by Gary & Tim. I would have no hesitation in recommending them, so much so that we have now decided to get them to replace another window for us. 😁

Double Glazing Direct changed our very old and leaky polycarbonate conservatory roof to a new solid roof as well as changing the windows and doors of the same area. From start to finish we were extremely happy with their customer service, knowledge about their products and competitive pricing. When the work started everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional and couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy with everything and kept the disruption to the absolute minimum. 'Double Glazing Direct', were brilliant. They were extremely polite and professional. Before they started the work on the day of installation, taking out the existing windows, they prepared the area with dust sheets and special protective flooring on our wood floor and stairs. The fitters were skilled knowledgeable and focussed. There was no mess made during the installation. The quality of the product and installation was excellent. Replaced an old aluminium frame patio door with updated upvc doors. Work undertaken very professionally, leaving the area clean and tidy afterwards. Noticed a very slight imperfection upon completion but this was rectified quickly and efficiently. Thank you to the entire Team. I would recommend Double Glazing Direct to anyone. From start-to-finish the extra personal care and attention received by the whole Double Glazing Direct team has been brilliant! It all started with a home visit when we discussed various suitable replacement window suppliers to assess which would be most suitable for our home. After a trip to the showroom to assess the differences we were delighted to find out that they were happy for us to use different suppliers (one for the front and one for the back) which saved time and money! It also allowed us to have x2 installation dates meaning we didn't have to disrupt the whole house at the same time - same installation price too! During the installation, the fitting team were particularly good! Not only were they clean, polite and efficient as you would expect…they also worked with us to retain as much of the original timber and features as possible. We live in an old Victorian house so this was particularly import to us, and despite the extra time consuming effort needed (without extra charge), it has made all the difference to the final result. Lastly, the team were very quick to help us replace a defective piece of glass which had suffered a small blemish during manufacture – it was ordered and replaced without any complaint, fuss or cost!

We had many companies out to quote us for replacing our conservatory roof but this company stood out by far. Not only were their prices competitive, the staff were friendly and not at all pushy for a sale. They were always happy to answer any of my questions/doubts in person, over the phone and by email. We moved into a 4 bed town house a couple of months ago and had all the windows and doors replaced. The co owner Mark, came out and offered great advice on the options available. They installed everything on time in a Friendly and professional way and were approachable/helpful if there were any issues that arose. Marc and the team did an excellent job installing the Guardian conservatory roof. Christina was very helpful and patient in explaining the product to us and we were introduced to two previous customers whose glowing reports helped us decide to order the product. The major part of the work was done in three days with two more days for plastering and final fitting. It was a pleasure to have the team at our house, they were very competent, friendly and professional and Marc was very careful to make sure everything was finished to our satisfaction, finding sound solutions to all the little issues that arise with any installation. Everything was cleaned at the end of each day and the conservatory was carefully cleaned at the end of the installation. My wife and I would unhesitatingly recommend the product and the team.

MARC & THE TEAM DID AN EXCELLANT INSTALLATION. I WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM RECOMMENDING THEM TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS. After changing the original fitting appointment, because of damage to the door, the fitters arrived on 22 July 2021 on time. They completed the work quickly and professionally and to a good standard. They were tidy and helpful, courteous and friendly.
