We had many companies out to quote us for replacing our conservatory roof but this company stood out by far. Not only were their prices competitive, the staff were friendly and not at all pushy for a sale. They were always happy to answer any of my questions/doubts in person, over the phone and by email. Having any kind of work done (especially as big as this) can be scary and daunting but they made the whole thing as stress-free as possible. The workman completed our roof much quicker than originally anticipated. They were efficient, tidy and polite. I am so pleased with my roof - it makes a huge difference to the temperature in the house and looks a lot nicer than a glass roof. I would highly recommend replacing a conservatory roof and highly recommend this company to carry out the work.

We moved into a 4 bed town house a couple of months ago and had all the windows and doors replaced. The co owner Mark, came out and offered great advice on the options available. They installed everything on time in a Friendly and professional way and were approachable/helpful if there were any issues that arose. There were no calls centres to deal with, a direct line to the Depot. They were always clean and tidy. We would wholeheartedly recommend Double Glazing Direct Limited to anyone.

Marc and the team did an excellent job installing the Guardian conservatory roof. Christina was very helpful and patient in explaining the product to us and we were introduced to two previous customers whose glowing reports helped us decide to order the product. The major part of the work was done in three days with two more days for plastering and final fitting. It was a pleasure to have the team at our house, they were very competent, friendly and professional and Marc was very careful to make sure everything was finished to our satisfaction, finding sound solutions to all the little issues that arise with any installation. Everything was cleaned at the end of each day and the conservatory was carefully cleaned at the end of the installation. My wife and I would unhesitatingly recommend the product and the team.

The whole team who carried out the work were excellent. Diligent, courteous and professional, they performed a standout job, from initial quote through to completed work. Couldn't recommend them enough, and we are extremely happy with everything.

MARC & THE TEAM DID AN EXCELLANT INSTALLATION. I WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM RECOMMENDING THEM TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS. I have use Marc several times, some professionally and also personally. Marc has always communicated with me well regarding delivery of product and installation. He is alway courteous and very professional, the product quality he uses are extremely good and he is an excellent fitting leaving you with a very high quality finish. After changing the original fitting appointment, because of damage to the door, the fitters arrived on 22 July 2021 on time. They completed the work quickly and professionally and to a good standard. They were tidy and helpful, courteous and friendly.

Would recommend this company, very helpful and professional from the time we walked into the showroom to the actual fitting of the the windows nothing was too much trouble. Very pleased with the workmanship and the quality of the product. When the windows were fitted everything was left very tidy.
