I had door and four windows reglazed. Nigel true to his budget and schedule. Work done to excellent standard. Professional, tidy worker cleaning up as he went along. Couldn’t ask for anyone better and would have no hesitation recommending him.

I had a cracked window unit replaced in one room, and the old leaded double glazing units were replaced with plain thermal units in the kitchen. Nigel is approachable and a good communicator; he kept me informed at every stage, and on the occasions he came to the house he was always punctual. The final price was exactly as quoted, and the work was completed on the date agreed. When he installed the new units, he worked efficiently and cleaned up when he had finished, leaving everything very tidy. The panes were left sparking clean! I am so pleased with the new windows, they look great and what a difference the plain glass makes to the light in the kitchen. I have used the Double Glazing Doctor a couple of times in the past, and will always go back to him as he is a real expert and, not the least, honest in his dealings and competitive in pricing.

I suspected a complete new window. Nigel arrived within the agreed time slot explained what was needed. Price agreed he finished within about an hour after cleaning up afterwards. He is obviously a tradesman at what he does. I have absolutely no problem in recommending Nigel fo any kind of double glazing repair. 10/10.

Having had the inside pane of a front of house double glazing unit spontaneously crack and splinter, I needed someone to resolve. Nigel got back in touch quickly - when other businesses that I requested to quote did not get back at all - and was round to the house within a day or two to assess the work and get an accurate quote back to me. Taking time to ensure the unit spec was accurate to match, it then only took a few days to get the quote through, which I felt was very competitive. The work was completed today, Nigel was done pretty quickly, didn't waste anyone's time and disposed of the old unit. It's great to be able to recommend a reliable and friendly local professional who was great value for money. I can highly recommend Nigel who is an efficient and careful worker. He replaced a lock mechanism for me very quickly for the agreed sum and left a tidy workspace. I would ask him to do work again in the future if necessary.

Nigel came on time for the quote (you don't always get that with others) provided a quote, ordered the glass, kept in touch to confirm our work date. On the day he was efficient and clean. We're made up with the difference the windows have made to the light and warmth in the house.

Nigel goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are happy; for example fetching me a silicone spray (so I didn't have to brave the wholesalers myself) and trying out extra barrels on a sticking lock just to try to get it perfect. He turns up when he's supposed to, works quickly and cleans up after himself. He is also easy to contact and ready to discuss any problems. Over the years he has replaced window and door locks for us and today installed a new security panel on the back door. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Nigels response to my enquiry was prompt including assessment of necessary work including cost. The repair of the windows was for my sons house ,first time buyer. Faulty windows were unsafe and could not be opened the extent of the problem was not picked up on the original survey. Nigel has carried out a fantastic job.All the windows are fully functional and safe.Cost was reasonable

We needed seven foggy double-glazed window units replaced and got three quotes. We chose Nigel simply on price quoted. As it transpired, we could not have made a better choice. Not only was he competent at his job but he was easy to talk to and very informative. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
