Kane previously did some electrical work in our garage, and we were so impressed we asked him to do some work in the house. He replaced our old consumer unit and did several other electrical jobs, e.g. installing new sockets. All the family were at home while he was working so he had to work around us and he was polite and respectful at all times. He was very good at explaining things, and patient while we took our time making decisions. He obviously knows his stuff, and all his work has been done to an excellent standard. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Kane was a pleasure to deal with. Helpful, informative and good value for money. He rewired all my halogen downlighters to LEDs when i couldn't do it myself. Top bloke. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would definitely use him for future electrical works.

Down to Earth Electrical sorted out the wiring in our garage. They fitted a new consumer unit, new cabling, sockets and lighting, as well as a supply for air conditioning. The work was done to an excellent standard, and an installation certificate was provided after completion. On a personal level, the electrician was a very clear communicator, polite and tidy in his work and we hope he will be back to do some rewiring in the house.

He turned up on time and was polite and helpful. Work was completed in a professional manner and invoiced as quoted. A very satisfactory job.

Kane rewired almost the entire house and we were very happy with the service he provided. He is the kind of guy you really need when you are doing a renovation project. He turns up when he says he will and does what is required with a really professional approach. It's only a shame we can't find a Kane who also does plumbing.

We found Kane of 'Down to Earth Electrical' on which trusted trader after a terrible experience with another electrician. I sent Kane an email late one evening and he contacted me first thing the next morning and arranged to come and see what the issue was that same day. After seeing the bad and unsafe job done by the previous electrician, Kane firstly made everything safe and then booked us in. We all found him to be diligent, hardworking, professional and knowledgeable. We would not hesitate to recommend Kane to our friends and family and have already had him back to do two more jobs! He really is in a class of his own!

Kane Sanderson has just finished a complete rewire of our 3 bed house in Kenley. I COULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM MORE HIGHLY. We chose Kane because we felt comfortable with him and his quote was one of the MOST REASONABLE we had been given. Everything has been done perfectly to a VERY HIGH STANDARD. We have had several rewires done on our other homes, but have never encountered such a dedicated electrician, A PERFECTIONIST and quick. Nothing was too much trouble, an EXTREMELYPLEASANT person The new CPU is a work of art! It is so neat! And the labels are printed with his labelling machine. At the end of the job he walked me round and explained everything; the various circuits had been cleverly segmented and provision has been made for phase 2 when our extension is built. We look forward to seeing Kane back soon and again for phase 3 - the garden.

Kane came to assess the work required as promised and took care to clarify what we wanted and he took the trouble to give us advice about some of the work (concerning dimmer switches) which we followed and are pleased with the result. He sent us his quote by email the same day, again as he promised, which I was happy to accept. He attended to do the work again as promised which he completed neatly where he had to replace items. Altogether, Highly Recommended, and I will use him again when I need an electrician.

Kane arrived exactly on time, explained what was necessary very clearly and even helped me move a large cupboard. He worked quickly and efficiently and tidied up after plus helped move the cupboard back. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and his work and will definitely call on his services should I need an electrician in future.

I had a number of things done by Kane, including rewiring a room, installing new spotlights, installing external power and lights, and a new consumer unit. All was done well and tidily. He is not patronizing and turns up when he says he will and then does what he said he would, so all very refreshing and the way you would want someone to do the work.

Fitted outside lights, some internal lights and switches/sockets. He worked swiftly and did a great job also taking away all rubbish from the job and cleaning up after himself. Very impressive. Would definitely recommend to anyone to use. Also did an emergency call out for a relative, and saved her day as she was without electricity with two small children. Will definitely be using again for new consumer unit fit in my house in the new year.

Kane provided sound advice and a detailed quote for rewiring a part of my kitchen. The quote clearly explained what needed to be done and why. I intend to use him for the further electrical testing etc. that needs doing. He wasn’t alarmist when delivering bad news (about the cowboys who installed my kitchen) but clearly explained the problem and the remedy which I appreciated. He did a good job and tidied up afterwards. I’m relieved to have everything in working order again. I would definitely recommend him.

I used Kane for some light installations recently. He was extremely efficient and I was pleased with the end result. Also very good value. Would highly recommend for any electrical work.

Further to a failed EICR Report I had to change my old fuse box to a new dual RCD consumer unit and replace the tails, Kane gave me a fair quotation and did a really good job. He even done extra repairs, tested the whole electrical installation and completed properly this EICR report making extra comments. I am very happy to have found a true professional. I will for sure use him again.

After Kane quoted for the job and gave me a date of the work to be carried out, he arrived on time and got to work straight away. He is extremely professional, hard working and knowledgeable in all of his work. You can tell he really cares as his attention to detail is second to none. Kane's work looks great with our driveway/fencing transformed due to the installation of the clever outdoor lighting system. We have already had some comments on how amazing it looks! I would highly recommend Kane to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy electrician.

Great work and fantastic quality doing several major jobs - installing new lights, fitting new plug sockets, putting sockets in the patio, and wiring up our garage.
