DPF were recommended to us by one of our neighbours and I can wholehearted say it’s been the best experience we have had with any builder/trade. We were given a price for the job (which was a complete shower cubicle and tile strip out, new cubicle, mixer and colourful wall panels) with a clear explanation of what would be included (tanking, new pipe work) and the protection that would give us. Despite complications, both Darren and Mark worked tirelessly to see the job done to an excellent standard. Their cleaning up after themselves each day was faultless. Top company, top work! A+++++

Darren and the team were incredibly helpful with their advice to help mum make choices on her new shower cubicle and very efficient with all the administration and communication - keeping us up to date. The team carried out the work with minimal disruption to mum in her home and worked diligently and tidily. Mum's shower has transformed her old bathroom, making it so easy and critically safe for her to use. It looks great too.

Excellent communication and collaboration ensured that all work undertaken was completed to a high standard; as stated within the quotation, and within agreed given timescales and costs. Rachael from the office kept me updated and informed of the times of arrival of the various workers, and they actually did come on time! Everyone was so helpful, courteous and approachable. Darren actively project-managed the work, which comprised the installation of a new bathroom, including flooring; the fitting of a new kitchen monoblock tap; and new under-cupboard lighting in the kitchen. He visited each day to check that the ongoing work was going as planned and also suggested ways forward that could enhance the visual appearance of the work. For example, sealing the flooring with pale grey silicone to blend with the flooring, and changing a plumbing fitting. All work, including these little ‘extras’ was completed within the agreed overall cost. I am delighted with all the work undertaken, and I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company to others. In fact, I have now asked Darren to quote for undertaking some further work in my home.

A leak had developed in the mains water supply to the house. Luckily, this was on the house side of the house's stopcock, and the leak was a pinhole one, so I could manage the water coming out. I contacted DPF the next morning ( Monday the 25th). Darren assessed the damage as soon as he could (late afternoon that day) and fixed the leak in the early evening of the 26th. Everything is now fine (plus I have a new, and freely operating, stopcock). Very pleased with both the result and the price.

Darren fitted my integrated dishwasher and changed a tricky toilet seat! Both jobs completed to a really high standard. Darren is reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

DPF were excellent throughout their two days at my property. 6 radiators were upgraded with additional pipework. The fitter was knowledgeable and worked quickly to resolve some of the issues faced. I would definitely recommend DPF and will use them again in the future.

Called out DPF to quote on replacing some glass in the back bedroom, the team came in, measured up, and got back quickly with the quote. We then worked on a date that worked best for everyone. The team arrived on time and did all the work, and left the area as they found it. Can't fault them and even asked to quote for some more work, which they did with no issues.

The work was carried out to a very high standard by Sean. His manner was very professional and clean and tidy. The work was completed within the scheduled time and budget. Darren was also very professional in his manner, and he came and checked the work to see that we were happy with the job. We would have no hesitation in recommending this firm for any future work.

Being elderly, I needed a bath to be removed and a walk-in shower to be installed. Everyone at DPF Property Services was helpful and efficient from the word go and couldn’t have been more concise in their planning and quotation. Darren and Sean were both totally professional, reliable, and diligent throughout the whole process ( sometimes under difficult conditions), and their aftercare was very reassuring. And such clean workers! This company is amazing, and I just can’t thank them enough for a brilliant outcome.
