Turned up to quote straight away; it was clear from tghe beginning that he knew what he was about (and I have had recommended plumbers before who did not) ; he identified the problem and gave a competitive quote within hours. An appointment was made, he turned up on time completed the job within the quoted period (none of this "well actually it will take longer than I expected - will have to charge you extra). Was immaculately clean and efficient - I could not recommend hi more highly

We needed several jobs done: installing a Hive system, fitting a new shower, and connecting a waste pipe for our appliances. After Joe’s first visit, we were so impressed that we asked him back twice more.
