I thought the problem was simply leaves blocking a gully in front of my garage but it turned out to be something much nastier. Andy and son arrived on time, identified the problem, and dealt with it. Andy then took time to explain the cause of the blockage and how the drains are connected. He has since dealt with my bank's unauthorised cancellation of my cheque with exceptional good humour. I'm very happy to give him a 5 star rating in every category.

Andy was very quick to respond to my query about a blocked drain and come out a couple of days later and cleared it quickly and efficiently without any fuss or bother. He also noticed a downpipe connection to the water butt was blocked and cleared that as well! Highly recommend

Drain Away & Son were very helpful and provided an excellent service. I had a very difficult and urgent drainage problem and they came to site at very short notice. I dealt with Andy and Darren and they were both friendly, sympathetic and helpful. Darren brought CCTV technology to the site, conducted a survey of the drainage system, identified the problem and provided a professional and informative report. Their charges for the survey and for the repair were very reasonable. It was a real pleasure dealing with this firm and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have to say it is a pleasure to deal with Andy He turned up on time, he did a great job with advice on the best way of solving the problem. He worked quickly and efficiently and was very fair on the pricing of the job. Even though the job was more complicated than first envisaged he only charged for the additional parts used, which I thought was excellent customer service His work is top class whilst also neat and tidy i will definitely use him again and would thoroughly recommend to anyone who needs someone who is reliable and courteous for general plumbing work or drains

Excellent service, communicated clearly what problems that might be encountered and the different costs (luckily it was straight forward and it was the original price quoted). We have been very impressed by Drainaway on both occasions we have called on their services: firstly to install a new kitchen drain - sound and thoughtful advice and quotation provided free of charge, work was completed on time, exactly to quotation and everything beautifully cleaned up after what was a messy operation; and secondly, to clear a downpipe - work was completed extremely quickly the very next day after first calling them, again very tidy and a very good job done. Friendly service. Would thoroughly recommend them.
