Drain Flow Services Ltd

My mum kept getting problems with her toilet. We were horrified to learn rats had been chewing the toilet pipe. Alex came and fitted a 'rat drain blocker'. It was a boiling hot day, and a tricky drain space to fit the flap in, but Alex was great. No hesitation in recommending him. I will definitely use him again should we have any further drain issues.

Big thanks to Alex. Excellent all round. Made contact through website, prompt reply with clear advice provided. No hard sell, just expectation setting of what would/could do. Arrived at agreed time, carried out tricky excavation, camera investigation and pipe unblocking. Clear, understandable information provided of situation and potential future issues. Again no up-sell. Works reinstated. No mess at all despite scale of works. Videos and photos of works shared. Have already recommended to a neighbour.

After speaking to Alex on the phone, he came to my house at the agreed time. He diagnosed the drainage problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and professional at all times. Highly recommended.

I contacted Alex via the Which? Trusted Traders website for a quote to fix an elderly neighbour’s very slow-draining toilet. He was very helpful explaining possible causes and offered a step by step approach to diagnose the problem, bearing in mind my neighbour’s limited budget and worries about costs. Alex proposed, for a fixed fee, to jet the drain towards the main sewer and also to jet the drain back towards the toilet where they were accessible from just outside the house. He offered to attend the following afternoon. On site both he and his assistant were friendly, efficient, and very thorough in carrying out their work. They made sure that the drain from the house to the main local authority drain was flowing adequately and similarly checked the drain back to the toilet, which was then flushing well. After discussions and explanations we agreed that was all that was needed for now and that if there were any concerns arising in the future, further investigations using cameras could be performed at extra cost. I am very pleased with their work and will have no hesitation in using them myself for future drain work and I highly recommend Drain Flow Services Ltd to everyone.

Excellent Service. Noted they were 'Which Trusted Traders' so phoned them as I had a drain overflow. Left a message for them to phone me and they made contact by phone within 15 minutes. The problem was not immediately urgent so we mutually agreed they would call next day. They quoted me their price which was fully acceptable. They arrived on time and promptly dealt with the problem. Alex, who I believe is a director of this firm and his colleague were very pleasant and helpful - even explained the working of the drain filter. Their vehicle was modern and fully equipped. They were obviously very experienced. I am writing this review as I believe this business deserves recommendation

Alex very patiently diagnosed and solved our drainage issue that was leading to some internal damp. He was also very patient arranging the work with tenants and communicating with me as I couldn’t be on site. Highly recommended

I have used this company many times for a recurring drain issue. Alex is a very efficient and friendly guy and I never have any complaints at all. He is transparent and explains just what's going on, he comes when he says he will and does a fast and effective job. His services are also very reasonable. Thanks Alex!

I’ve used this company twice (many years apart) and both times Alex has come round promptly and cleared the blockage in my drains. The service is outstanding and work is performed to a high standard and very courteously. The charge was very reasonable too. I have no hesitation in recommending this company

Alex turned up at the appointed hour ( within 2hous of a call) jetted the drain and cleared the blockage. Very professional service. He quoted a sum over the phone and charged what had been quoted with no hidden extras, which is refreshing as others quoted by the half hour and if machines were needed then there would be additional charges so the oral quote was just a starting point.

Alex and his team always arrive on time and finished the job quickly. They did a great job on my blocked underground drains and everything was working perfectly once the job was completed. Great friendly and reliable service. Thanks all.
