I phoned on Saturday and described my blocked drain issue. They decided it could wait until Monday afternoon which changed into Tuesday morning. The guy came and in just over an hour had my drain unblocked. He helped me to understand where the water drain pipe went as that was not where I thought it went. Both my neighbours have access to manholes but not mine. He told me that as the blockage was on a shared part of the drain meant that I should have contacted the water board. So I now know for next time!

I had a nightmare situation with a blocked sewage pipe causing my downstairs toilet to fill up. After a quick call to Drain Jet, discussing the problem and costs, they arranged to call over that same day. The lads (Spencer & Peter) turned up and got straight to work on the drain, talking me through the process and clearing the blockage. Using a camera, they were able to see the cause of the problem, roots had grown in the main pipe. They also identified an issue at the main sewer junction and advised me to contact Yorkshire Water. Spencer did the perfect job. 2 other drain clearance companies (both big ‘national’ firms) had tried to clear an external foul blockage. Both charged me but made excuses when they couldn’t free the blockage. As a last resort before having to dig up the concrete to access the drains I contacted DrainJet, Pudsey. (Great reviews on Check a Trade and Google). Spencer got there when we agreed and was straight on with the job. It was messy and tedious but he persevered for 4 hrs until he had it completely clear. He explained the process and showed me the CCTV which clarified the issue. . Spencer & DrainJet, Pudsey saved me literally £1000’s in not having to dig! 100% recommend.

Spencer accurately assessed the nature of the issue with our blocked downpipe and had it cleared of the stone and accumulated debris which was fast in the drain bend. He showed us what the issue had been, demonstrated it was now clear and cleaned up the paving. A sound job, thank you.

Spencer twice unblocked an ancient drain, diagnosed the problem, then dug up the drain and replaced it while adding an access point. He then made good the affected area with gravel as requested. He and his colleague worked efficiently and to a high standard, and communicated well at all times. Rhe price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Had drain yet called out as we had a blocked drain, we had a company come out prior who couldn’t unblock it and told us that we need the garden digging up to fix the issue. We had some issues with the other company after paying them for their work they wasn’t willing to come fix the issue, then the two fantastic lads from drain jet came over and unblocked the drain in roughly about 10 seconds, couldn’t of been more pleased with them and cleaned up the mess the other company had left too. Couldn’t praise them enough for the work done.
