Recently, I encountered issues with my drainage system – the downstairs toilet was not flushing correctly, and a foul smell intermittently emanated from the first-floor toilets. I contacted Drain Jet and was attended by Spencer, who offered an estimated price range after gathering some background information. His approach was thorough, not rushed. Spencer promptly confirmed his onsite arrival within an hour. Spencer and his colleague swiftly identified and resolved the blockage using their technologically advanced van, restoring full functionality in under twenty minutes. Throughout the process, Spencer was patient, professional, and meticulous. I was particularly impressed with how he ensured my satisfaction before departing, all at a reasonable cost. Drain Jet’s service is commendable, and I wholeheartedly recommend them for any drainage issues. Their professionalism and efficient problem-solving have made me a returning customer.

Had drain yet called out as we had a blocked drain, we had a company come out prior who couldn’t unblock it and told us that we need the garden digging up to fix the issue. We had some issues with the other company after paying them for their work they wasn’t willing to come fix the issue, then the two fantastic lads from drain jet came over and unblocked the drain in roughly about 10 seconds, couldn’t of been more pleased with them and cleaned up the mess the other company had left too. Couldn’t praise them enough for the work done.

We called DrainJet about a blocked toilet. They arrived very quickly and sorted out the problem very efficiently.

Drain Jet got back to me quickly when I left a message , came when they said they would and were efficient and a pleasure to deal with. They did what they could with the gear they had with them but it turned out that the clearing of roots in my drain drain would have required them to come back another time with more specialist equipment. Rather than booking the work, and more of my cash, they rightly pointed out that the particular drain is actually Yorkshire Water's responsibility and advised me to call Yorkshire Water. They were spot on, and I am now dealing with Yorkshire Water to deal with the problem at no further cost to me. Very satisfied customer. Would definitely recommend.

Drain became completely blocked on Wednesday 15 June (85-year-old house & drains!). Pleasantly surprised when 'the phone was answered by a human voice even though it was 7.30pm. The visit wass arranged for Friday. They were prompt, pleasant and effective. Would certainly recommend them.

Brilliant fast service from Drain Jet. Spencer and his colleague cleared my eighty five year old mums drains that were blocked, and repaired some cement that had broken away and fixed the holes as requested. Very polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. Affordable quick service. Thank you. We are both very happy and highly recommend.

Called out to clear blockage in private drains down the side of house. Removed manhole cover to reveal blockage was actually in communal drainage pipe connecting several properties in street, and waste water had gradually backed up to overflow at our property. Took time to investigate the point of blockage in both directions of pipe, and flushed out thoroughly all pipework, including for some distance down the street. Extremely professional and helpful service throughout, at a reasonable price, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Friendly and efficient phone call to arrange call out. Good communication when previous jobs overran, so then arrived promptly at rearranged time. Quickly worked out that blockage was solidified builders' waste from years before, and it was chipped and broken up using tools carried in the van, and flushed away. Was cheaper than other quotes, and cleared up mess immediately. Definitely recommend this company.
